Magic venue with polite friendly staff and great scones. The little museum behind the building was a trip down memory lane. Has to be seen to be believed. Then there was the full patina Kombi belonging to the gent that looks after the museum. That made my day.

We visited for morning tea, which was excellent. The scones were really amazing. The prices can't be beaten anywhere. And what a fascinating little museum. Definitely an excellent choice for a stop over!!

Amazing place. Devonshire tea with your choice of scone ( ginger, pumpkin, fruit, or plain) with tea or cappuccino, etc,
$6
Art work, preserves, homemade clothes, knick knacks, etc, are all reasonably priced.

What a wonderful place to visit in order to explore our local history and have a very pleasant lunch in a peaceful and relaxing environment.
The food is great too. It's a simple but satisfying menu and very reasonably priced.
Dave served us and i have to give him credit for being a wonderful host. He's a lovely, friendly gentle soul. Oh! If only the hospitality was this good elsewhere.

A must to visit to all coming to this area. Right next door to the ginger factory the homestead boosts the best Cafe in Yandina. Amazing scones baked by the locals. All staffed by volunteers.

It's just perfect. Having Devonshire Tea served to you by Aussie grandparents is an experience beyond price. These folks do it cheaply in a welcoming atmosphere. Do buy some jam on your way out.
