Hidden gem in Yandina

Don't lend this store your money. I say "lend" because two weeks ago I purchased an item online with express shipping and while I received a confirmation of order, the item was never sent.
A week went past and I had a feeling there was an issue so I emailed the store asking where my order was and why it hadn't been sent. Zero response. I emailed again 2 days later again with zero response. I sent an Instagram message and received a very late response of "we'll look into it for you", then zero response for almost two days despite me following up.
I ended up sending a frustrated message via both instagram and email and was met with a refund and shortly after a message explaining that they had no stock of the item and they weren't sure why I hadn't received a notification about it and they did not know that I hadn't received a refund.
The multiple enquiries over a week should have let them know there was clearly an issue.
Pretty poor customer service, had this issue been addressed two weeks ago this review would have been entirely avoided.

Would not recommend this clothing store This review could have easily been avoided. Purchased a dress from here and found the sizing was on the smaller size messaged to see if I could exchange it for a different size as per their refund and exchange processes and got no reply. Emailed a second time no reply. Messaged a third time and called them out on having the decency at lest to reply and was given excuses about not receiving the 2nd message, short staffed due to covid for being the reason they couldn’t send a 5 minute reply only to then be told the size I was after was sold out but probably wouldn't have been at the time I emailed if they had replied to messages in a timely manner. Regardless I tried to be patient and understanding and sent an email telling them I would return it and take them up on their offer of a refund and then thought I would check to see if they were indeed sold out on their website of which they were not and I had checked over multiple days and screenshot this. I decided to cut my losses with trying to communicate with them further and find the dress size elsewhere and requested return forms three times for a refund and again no replies. So unprofessional and such a time wasting experience over the last few weeks with this business and their lack of customer service. Such a bad reflection of service whilst trying to support a small local business. Their lack of communication has warranted this review and so disappointing on my end to have to even write all of this. Do not run a business if you can't even do the basics of replying to customer enquiries.
