The Macquarie centre has nothing less than every other big shopping centre and..it also includes an indoor skating rink! Huge in size, that cold department might be perfect for you or/and your family, since not only can you ice skate for hours, but also watch a live hockey game while eating your favourite food. Recommend with no doubt.

This centre is truly varied, catering to all budgets and variety. There are plenty of places to sit and rest in the centre. Also suited to elderly, prams & wheelchairs as there are plenty of lifts and the main part has ramps from top to bottom. Large Ice-rink, bowling alley, and movie theatre too. It’s got the lot!

Great shopping centre with plenty of shops and restaurants. Plenty of parking and accessibility for all ages. Very busy during Christmas time.

Big food court, has an ice skating rink and strike bowling rink.

Has free wheelchair services if needed, call beforehand to reserve one at the concierge near H&M.

Very big shopping center just a next to university. Shopping center has multiple floors and there is a lot shops to visit. Parking are is quite big so there should not be problem to have parking slot. Top floor is mostly full of restaurants, next time I have to grab something to ear from there.

Excellent shopping centre now with more parking. Plenty of shopping either it be for clothes or electronics. Food court offer a variety of menus and space for seating either with family or by your self. I suppose even in a rush hour you can get around fine as it was close to Christmas that we visited last and many seemed to be shopping for last minute gifts or stocking before closedown period. I would recommend this shopping center without hesitation as it has been a pleasant experience for over a decade now shopping here.

Definitely one of the better shopping centres by design. You basically walk in upwards in a spiral pattern. Has a nice mix of stores, kids activities (including Ice Rink, Cinema, Bowling) and dining options.

My go-to shopping centre. It’s a complete shopping centre from bowling court to food court to cinema. Have all the major fashion stores like Zara, H&M, Myer, David, Jones. Also, stores like Supre, Zoo clothing. Medical centre even optometry stores. Very clean and well routed. Very convenient from public transport and lot of parking space as well. Highly recommended

This is a large shopping centre with plenty parking. Large food court and dining precinct. I do shudder a little every time I have to head into Macquarie Centre when I park. Navigating around the centre is confusing with all various levels and entrances. If a first timer here and have only 60min free parking, don’t leave it to last minute to leave or you will end up paying!

A huge range of shops, entertainment and cafes here, everything you'd want in a shopping centre. At around 7 floors tall in total, it's a huge establishment but doesn't feel overwhelming. I prefer this place to even the CBD Westfield, as it feels more vibrant and alive. It's my favourite shopping centre in Sydney.

Great centre, packed with shopping options. Easy to navigate with plenty of ramps for prams / less able shoppers. Lots of casual dining / food options too. Parking is relatively easy to navigate.

One of the best shopping malls, and this coming from a person who's not a fan of these malls at all. Decent food options for all budgets, playgrounds for kids (both free and paid) and an ice rink can be found inside. It's usually possible to find parking. 3 hours parking is free.

Good shopping centre 👍

Parking can be challenging during busy days. Good numbers of food/ restaurants are available. Some major Australian retailers are present in the shopping centre.

Was lucky in getting a park and was able to find the stores we needed without too much trouble.

Had lunch in one of the food courts and the food was good and generous in quantity.

I love Macquarie Centre but then again I’m bias because I was there on opening night thirty plus years ago. I’ve seen the significant renovations of course, so typical of Sydney. Our international city. Macquarie Centre is well situated close to the city with excellent road and public network as well as a state of the art Hospital and university all within walking distance. Best CBD in Sydney in my opinion as well as a great variety of residential areas.

The advantage of this shopping centre is that there are many delicious coffee shops and most of all, there are many fashion shops on the 3rd floor. I think a lot of young people shop there. Another advantage is that there is a station if you go out and walk for about 5 minutes.

Pros:
Big mall. I think the biggest in Sydney. Opening hours everyday from 6am-6 pm. Thursday open till 10 pm so that we can shop after office. You find all products here. Clothes, food, departmental, veggies, furniture, gifts, medics, insurance, banks, jewelry, electronics and many more. Best part is the big food court. Love the Liquor shops like Vintage cellar and BWS. 5 floors to spend time. To add Event cinemas and Fitness first gym. Love the sales happening here always. Love the architecture too.Have a bowling Club too. Wow!

Cons:
Big big mall.
