BCF (Boating Camping Fishing) Bennetts Green

With parking directly out the front, it was easy to visit this store. The store was quite clean and organised with the customer service to be attentive too; great store 👌🏽

Bennett’s Green is the best BCF I have ever shopped at.
The team were more then happy to help out, knew there products and even helped bring the bulky items out to my car.

Huge selection, good location, always have a deal going but the best part of this store is the manager, Chris. Knows his fishing inside out, lovely guy to speak with and will listen to your needs and advise on a set up thats right for you, rather than spinning you a line.... See what I did there.

Great staff & excellent customer service. Unfortunately, they didn't stock the product we were after but were quick to jump on the phone to the store that did & make sure it was in stock, so we did waste a trip.

The help I received recently in the store was outstanding. The lad who helped us with choosing a camping toilet, shower and solar panel was very well informed, knew the products inside out and provided professional and genuine advice. It was so good to deal with a person who clearly knew the products very well and was able to understand our camping style and make recommendations to suit. No sales pitch, just good honest advice. Well done to the lad at BCF Bennett’s Green.

Large store with an excellent layout. Staff are always friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The tent section is upstairs and is a favourite spot to visit for the children who come here. Their 4x4 equipment range is very extensive and always well stocked. Parking is very easy especially with the adjacent stores not being as popular.
It doesn't seem as cluttered as the outdoor store across the main road but at the same it doesn't carry as much variety which is a good thing when you just need to run in and grab that last minute camping item.

They do refill gas bottles here but not when its raining unfotunately due the location of where they refill.

Was a little lost trying to figure out what swag to get my brother for Christmas was able to speak to David down there how gave more a hand with great customer service but also just seemed like a great guy to talk too. He even helped carry my gear to the counter and the car after.

Fantastic service. I bought an Engel fridge freezer from BCF Bennett's Green. I had it for a couple of months. There was a small problem with one of the latches. They had a brand new fridge waiting for me when I arrived. Many thanks to Kyle, Tom and Zac.

As soon as I asked for help in setting me up to suit my budget and needs, I was given so much information and choice.
I believe his name was Chris and I think he was the Manager?
Another team member also helped by loading up my reel.
All staff are so super friendly and certainly know their products and how to help customers with their needs.

Went looking for a fridge today and had narrowed our search to 3 different ones. Sales assistant Carly was extremely helpful and answered our numerous questions. She was more than willing to look up any info she didn't know and helped us with getting a better price than the listed shelf price. Thank you Carly, you were wonderful 👍🏻😀
