I urgently needed 2 very difficult keys to be cut back in September and the service I received from both James & Ben was exceptional. The patience, understanding and customer service was outstanding, especially as it was just before closing time. If only it were the same with other retailers, this was a refreshing change and definitely deserves to be commended, it made a difficult day for me so much better and for that I am very grateful. I had previously called Mister Minit at Carlingford and the gentleman there was so rude and why I will only ever be returning to Mister Minit at Macquarie Park in future.

Both James and Emma are a legend. Extremely professional and more importantly Extremely ethical and understanding.
I took my shattered and broken car keys to them. James fixed it in minutes. He did not even charge me a cent. I have been quoted from $250-300 for the same job elsewhere. Definitely and highly recommended.

Had a great experience at this store. My wife was having a bad day, and quoted the wrong son’s initials to be engraved on a flask. Without any hesitation, they managed to polish out the incorrect ones and replaced with the right one - no charge either. Their experience really showed through. Also, looking forward to see what they do with the new laser etcher they demonstrated to me.

My shoe broke at the end of night shopping. At 8:55 I got to them, and they were kind enough to fix my shoe within 5 minutes! The workmanship is amazing and I’m so so grateful.

A very intelligent problem solver who managed to fix the clip of my watch that has been sitting around for a couple of years after few failed attempts by other watch repairer. Excellent customer service, and very professional and friendly staff. I went to get a spare electronic car key made recently and James was very helpful in ensuring that the key worked on my car. I've been here a few times now for keys and battery changes, and they have been quick and reliable each time.
