Petstock Mt Colah

Very convenient location with parking available behind the shop. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They sell walnut-shell based cat litter among the usual crystal and recycled paper types, which has less odour apparently, so I am trying it out. So far so good.

I absolutely LOVE this store. Their range of fish products is fantastic. I do wish they had a little more non-dangly bunny toys but other than that it's great and the staff are really friendly and helpful!

My dog loves this place! So much food, she will take one of each, please!

Well stocked and very tidy store with vast array of food and accessories for all animals.
I bought goldfish to replenish my pond and I won't hesitate to return and purchase additional fish and food when needed.

Super friendly staff and usually have the products in stick that my super fussy cats eat. When they don't, staff are happy to put by stick when it comes in. Having tried a few pretty places in the Hornsby area I now wouldn't go anywhere else.

The staff at Mount Colah are by FAR the most well presented, polite, helpful, KNOWLEDGEABLE employees I have ever come across. Nothing is too much trouble; they'll bend over backwards to price match and make sure your visit is as effortless as possible. All of them seem to know our pets and the products very well; I think a LOT of organisations can learn from the way these staff members are trained in terms of friendliness, courtesy and knowledge!

Petstock at Mt Colah is my go to pet supply shop. I know I can go in and get what I need with out any problems. The staff are very friendly and ask how my dogs are going every time I go. I love the brand cash program they have as I tend to buy the same products each month this means each time i buy the same product i can save a little money next time i buy the same product. The only think I would like is a DIY dog wash area.

Excellent pet store. Quite a reasonable range and prices are actually ok. If you plan ahead it's cheaper to buy from internet sites, but often Petstock is close to competitive and you can pick up stuff on way home, do much faster. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Had puppy class here. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Store was a bit small and cramped for the class with 5 dogs, but otherwise a very rewarding experience.
