Sugar Salt Cafe

Was recommend this place. And it has the BEST hot chocolate I’ve tasted in Sydney. The bacon stack is delish. I just wish my fresh juiced arrived with my meal, not at the end.

The most delicious Orange cake I’ve had in my life! The rose petals on the cake was spot on! 👌 Reminded me of the middle eastern cuisine. Coffee’s great too. Thank you! 🙏

Sugar Salt is a favourite of ours because of the great coffee, excellent meals, and friendly service. If you’re going past Galston, enjoy the atmosphere and hospitality at Sugar Salt Cafe. You will often find some interesting cars in the car park too!

Beautiful and quiet location. We had an iced latte, one of the juices (Eye Opener) and two of the melts (the Bacon and the Chicken).
Compared to somewhere else in this local vicinity which has recently changed hands and become overpriced as anything, you get very good value and feel so absolutely welcome at Sugar Salt by all staff. Save yourself the money and the hype of the white picket place over the road—Sugar Salt is hands down the better pick.

Fantastic food and great service. With limited staff and busy tables, the lady at the counter was super aware of the incoming guests and attended to them promptly. The food was 10/10. We ordered house gnocchi and the salmon. Coffee was awesome too. Little pricey but you don’t mind once the service and food is good.

The overall aesthetic of the place is warm, convenient and cozy. A very pleasant and accommodating service was given to us. The cute uniforms is also a plus as I can see that they care about looking neat and clean. :)

I love how we got curious about this cafe from a previous trip from hornsby heights to Galston and decided to try it. Food is great, and it was just the right portion. Coffee was awesome as well!

Fresh, tasty good food at moderate price. The waitressing service is very prompt and good. I ordered Beef burger and hot chocolate. The meat was cooked well and hot chocolate was smooth and sweet. A bit of seating externally and also a couple of tables inside, has a bit of a cafe garden feel to it. Also the pecan pie was really good too.

We had Middle eastern Skewers and was pretty amazed with the quality. Didn't expect it to be so great, considering its a cafe and not a middle eastern food place. But it turned out to be amazing. Their Chicken and prawns skewers were totally mouthwatering. Hommus and a bit root chutney (i dont know what they call it) was worth it. Overall very good. Would definitely recommend.

Called in without a booking. Had lunch for two. Very nice meal of fish n chips. Absolutely excellent fresh juices on the menu too. We had carrot, apple & ginger - so good!
