Varsha and her Colleague provided amazing service and care for two of us wanting very specific shoes. We travelled a distance and they went out of their way to ensure the correct size shoe for each of us and when one was not in store they ensured we could obtain it without having to travel back to the store. Fantastic and friendly customer service!!

First time shopping at ECCO. I have unusually sized/shaped feet, but Ashley was very helpful and patient in finding the right pair of shoes for me. Most comfortable men's dress shoes I've ever purchased! Many thanks!

I purchased a pair of Ecco sandals last year and was impressed with their comfort. So I decided to buy another pair.

The saleswoman whom I consulted was effective and efficient. As an extra I asked how to clean the pair I was wearing which I had purchased earlier; she advised and then demonstrated.

Very clean and neat store, all staff are friendly and helpful, extremely impressed by Hugo, a young man who went out of his way to make sure all needs were met for me and my wife to find the right shoes for us, wonderful experience and will definitely be back!

I use orthotics due to osteoarthritis and plantar fasciitus and have had difficulty in finding the appropriate footwear due to my condition. However, Ivy the manager at Hornsby Ecco had great knowledge of her products, and patience in finding the most appropriate shoe for me. It was such a relief to have someone who genuinely cares. It was overall a lovely experience.

Best quality sandals & so comfortable. The sole is properly moulded, not just a flat slab of cushioned foam. Have done 9km walk in Ecco sandals and feet are fine...

I have always been a fan of ecco shoes, they have big sizes, (I'm US 14) and their shoes are super comfortable and have hard wearing soles. They have moved into a range of casual and formal footwear and while their prices often seem high, they really last compared to other shoes in the same price range.

2012年に購入したサンダルが壊れて、どこか修理してくれるところがないかと相談しにお店に持参すると、店員さんが「6ヶ月の保証が切れてますが直せるかマネージャーに聞いて見ます」と靴を預かってくれました。2週間後「修理終わったので取りに来て下さい」と電話がありました。なんと無料で修理してくれたのです!感動しました!
