Just got the best service ever buying shoes. Ibby had such good knowledge of the range and knew what would suit us as soon as he spoke to us. Two pairs were purchased and will be back soon to buy more!

Nike Macarthur Square is the best Nike store I have ever been to. I have nothing bad but good to talk about them. The staffs go beyond and above to help me to source my favorite shoes and sent it to my home. Then when it’s not as expected I returned it to Macquarie centre. Then they sent another pair to Macquarie for me (MC didn’t even help). Thank you Danielle and all the staff in Macarthur Square! (You have help me a great deal) It really is the prefect pair. Thank you for the promise Danielle. I really appreciate the top notch customer care and the effort you have put in. From now on you will be my no.1 store to go to when anytime I m at your area. You guys are best!

Our family went to the store for Boxing Day deals. We were served by the store manager. We was very pleased by his service because it was the best one we ever had. He was very patient, helpful, professional, and kind. I would strongly recommend this store and this guy. Thank you sir for your service.

I visited the Macarthur store today and was served by Toby Stevens. Toby was very friendly, patient and helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. The guy who helped me buy a pair of size 12 air forces on Saturday around 11am, who literally walked the shopping centre to find me when a delivery trolley came in, thank you. It was a present and my friend loved them. Before this the guy went above and beyond to try find alternatives for me. Absolute legend.

Came in looking for a pair of AF1 for my son and had the best customer service of the day. Walked out with a happy 13 year old with a pair of shoes that are comfy and fit great.

I would love to say the service I experienced from Kaitlyn at the Macarthur Square store was absolutely amazing! I was in need of tracking down a pair of nike sculpting leggings and she went over and beyond to assist with finding these for me. I purchased 2 pieces with her and she made me a very happy women! Thank you a million Kaitlyn, you deserve recognition for your efforts and customer service skills. Thank you once again! Very Impressed.

I came in last Thursday night and was served by Ray and the store manager Anees. Ray was very helpful in finding me what I was after and even made sure I received a 20% discount in-store due to Black Friday sales. He took all my clothes to the change room for me while I was browsing and brought out many different pairs of shoes for me to try on. Thanks again boys, appreciate your help with my purchase!

Hi there I just want to give a HUGE THANKYOU to Anes ( not sure if its spelt right) for going above and beyond his duty to ensure someone received their special gift for Christmas! He took time out of his lunch to drive 25mins to hand deliver a pair of Nikes. After ordering &paying for the sneakers 2.5wks ago we were told they would be del on 19th as we were flying out to Melb for Christmas with family, Only to find out they had not arrived when we arrived at the store on Monday. My DIL received a call today at 5.30 saying they had arrived and and we could pick them up. As we are flying out this evening, Anes took it upon himself to drive to my house to deliver the goods personally to ensure we do not fly to Melb without my sons Christmas gift. To say that I was taken back and forever grateful for him going above and beyond is an understatement! Nike McSq you have an amazing professional young man representing your store. I am a CS Manager with over 30yrs experience and I will say that he is the epitomy of what "Customer Service" signifies. A delightful young man who is an example for all in the Sales/ Service Retail sector. WELL DONE AND A MILLION THANKS FOR SAVING XMAS...

Simply amazing.. The staffs are great, especially Jamaica. She will literally fight a cyclone and get your stuffs ready to be picked up. Wow I just can't describe how amazing she is. Anyways one of the best Nike stores around for sure

The girls at the Macarthur Square Nike were so helpful. They were able to give me great recommendations on the best shoes for what I needed and went above and beyond to make sure I ended up with the right set. Would drive out of the way to go to the Macarthur store any day
