McDonald's

Only bought 2 coffees in the drive-through. There is nothing worse than a lukewarm coffee. Not here! So hot we couldn't hold them. Excellent coffee!

The McDonald's was a very friendly environment where workers were very nice, saying hello to everyone. The environment was very good inside the McDonald's when there was free hot coffee on the my maccas app, which was awesome to see when entering the code. One thing I dislike about maccas in casula is that the restroom toilets were not flushed properly drained, stuck everywhere. I enjoyed my food at maccas and the food as well.

Great dining in experience. Plenty of room, and a Mc Cafe inside. Had the new computerised ordering stations which is very convenient for self service ordering.

A really interesting museum even if you're not a train enthusiast. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable

The place is nice, the food is amazing and the service is as fast as usual. This might be the best Maccas place I've ever been to, and it's the first time eating here as well.

Nice little Maccas on a busy road. Inside was clean and cool. Service was decent and car park has moderate number of parking spots but there is a little island in middle of driveway in, saw a low car smash its underbody on it, so keep that in mind if you have a sports car.

This playground is an absolute hidden gem! It boasts unique features such as a potion room and a scavenger hunt, all within a captivating medieval-themed setting with an unexpected airplane twist. The highlight is undoubtedly the mesmerizing ball maze at its center, which managed to captivate my 37-year-old husband for a solid 20 minutes. However, the maze's extreme level of difficulty proved unbeatable for him. I'd be genuinely astonished if any child has ever successfully conquered this challenging ball maze. If, by some miracle, a child has accomplished this feat, McDonald’s Casula should consider sponsoring their journey to NASA!
As a fun challenge, if you're an adult who can conquer this maze, feel free to find me, and I'll treat you to a Big Mac meal along with your choice of a McDonald's dessert.

Nice food except once again drove off without checking my order realise had gotten wrong burger.

I just ordered a Big Mac and substituted the beef patties for Crispy Chiken Fillets and OMG 😲.
I highly recommend it.
The service was excellent.
They understood the assignment.

This playground is a hidden gem! There is a potion room. There is a scavenger hunt. It is medieval themed but with a plane. The centrepiece is a ball maze which kept my 37 year old husband occupied for a good 20 minutes. He was unable to complete it due to the extreme level of skill required. I would be extremely surprised if any child has ever been capable of completing this ball maze and if they have McDonald’s Casula should fund their scholarship to NASA. If you as an adult can complete it track me down and I’ll buy you a Big Mac meal and McDonalds dessert of your choosing.

In any sector, providing excellent customer service is a necessity, so it's critical to recognise and reward people that succeed in this area. Billy, the manager at the McDonald's in Casula, gave me wonderful service and a positive attitude, he should be commended for his efforts. I give this McDonald's five stars and would highly recommend it to anyone. Billy, keep up the good work and lead your group to continuous improvement.

I like my mocha made a certain way and always taste before I leave it was nice that the staff member who made the mocha listened to me and I thanked her very much and the meal I received was was nice and hot and great going down. Thank you 😊

Very fast service. The manager was able to quickly fix a mistake I made when ordering. It wasn't as clean as it usually is but that was all fixed up in the short time I was there. The chips were very fresh

Enjoy my coffees each morning , quick service from the 13-14 year old employees. I hope they are paying you well for your job. Giving that its maccas I highly doubt it.. modern child labour at its finest.. coffees are still good though… good new renovation about 6/7 years now.. guy called Ken dollery owned it , couldn’t get a dollar out of his backside if he was on his desth so I’m guessing he sold the business to a more ballsy owner…
