Real customer service still exists! I wished to purchase a particular item that was not held at their store. They did their best to make it happen but, for reasons beyond their control, it just wasn't to happen. We've shopped there for over thirty years and the staff are just wonderful - knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy (read this please JB HiFi!). Prices are comparable to other retailers but you can't beat Rob and the crew for personal attention and a genuine interest in assisting you with advice regarding your needs. Nice one!

We walked into Bridglands on Saturday morning, half an hour before closing time. Asked Nathan, the sales dude, what machine he would recommend. Ten mins later, we were out of the shop with our washing machine ready to be delivered on Monday afternoon. Not only did they deliver (in bucketloads!) but they took away the old machine and installed new one without a whimper. Two young gentlemen made two old punters very happy with their service and smiles. And Nathan, I want to adopt you. That's service. That's why we shop locally! Betta Betta best in our opinion.

I really love my local Electrical shop, they are always helpful, efficient & courteous. I always shop here. They will price match if it is necessary, though that is rarely necessary, deliver promptly & efficiently, & I have never had a problem that can't be solved. SO much better than the big stores, & range is fabulous here too!

Their after sales service Is second to none. Lost the receipt? No problem, they bring it up. Warranty just ran out? They’ll fight for you.

Their pricing is very good and they do their best to price match. But if they are in the ballpark I will go with them every time because of their extraordinary service. I love businesses like this. We should support them!

The staff at Bridglands are always very honest, friendly and helpful, and they provide very good back up service. If anything, they try to talk you down from buying the most expensive thing, which is a refreshing change!
