VetLove Billinudgel Veterinary Clinic

Took my 7 Aussie Bulldog pups in today for their vaccines & microchip. All the staff were so lovely & professional. We have found our new vet ☺

Thank you for welcoming our new addition to the family. All the VetLove staff and vet were extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend their services. And the prices were reasonable too.

Honesty, integrity and care. This has so far got to be one of the best experiences little Benny has ever had with a vet.
I was a bit apprehensive about Benny’s surgery however there was no need, he was in the best of hands. He’s had a speedy recovery and has his happy face back on again! We’ve signed up to the vetlove loyalty program and look forward to seeing you all again next time:)

On holidays, so chose the closest practce when our dog Fudge fell down stairs and wasn't moving. Sophie at reception was very welcoming and Simon, the vet was caring and explained treatment options which proved successful. Sophie followed up with a call to enquire after Fudge the following day. A very good experience overall.

Great service, definitely recommend.
I've taken my dogs here a few times in the last 2 years. Mostly simple stuff but recently also for a teeth clean which is classed as surgery. The staff are always friendly and take effort to explain what the issue is and also explain how to treat it. For example they even showed me the results of a blood and urine test to see that the levels were normal.

The receptionist is so lovely. Went out of her way to make us comfortable. She explained everything really well and even found some paper and coloured pencils to entertain the kids while there. The veterinarian was nice aswell. Explained things well and made us comfortable about the procedure needed. Did great work on our pet and couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

I was so impressed by the service and price here. The staff were friendly, overly helpful and just seemed really happy to be at work! Such a nice change. Would recommend to anyone/have already started recommending to anyone I know with pets in the area!

Very caring Vets and staff. Knowledgable and give you a complete understanding of the problem. Have been coming here for at least 30yrs and staff and vets have always been excellent., even though ownership has changed a few times. Highly recommend

I am updating my review one year on because we still can't get over the wonderful service at VetLove Billinudgel. The team is the most kind and caring group of people. Each vet and nurse takes the time to remember our furbaby, check in regularly and ease our nerves whenever we are anxious about his health. We know we can get an appointment or call for help and trust their advice every time. Dr Michael performed expert surgery on our cat and the new vets Dr Sophia and Dr Charlotte are thorough and gentle - we highly recommend the clinic to all in the area.

We are delighted to have found the team at VetLove Billinudgel! You could not ask for a more helpful and professional team to look after your beloved furbaby. Molly is such a reassuring presence on reception, and Dr Oliver is very gentle and caring. On every occasion that we have attended their clinic, everyone has gone above and beyond to put us at ease and give our cat the best treatment they can.

All the staff were really lovely and helpful. Our dogs were very unsure, and pretty scared, and the vet and nurse were both so patient and gentle. I felt all my questions were answered, I wasn’t left waiting and the clinic was well priced when comparing to other local vets. Would definitely recommend this vet clinic!

Always friendly and professional when I have taken our 14 year old Staffy in for his check ups and procedures. Any treatments and costs and the benefits of certain procedures are fully explained before making any decisions and booking.
