Shakespeare's Wilderness Chalet

Have stayed here a few times now , its my place of preference to stay at while visiting this part of Tasmania. Great sense of relaxation as you approach the house which is at the end of a lovely tree fern lined drive , the house is surrounded by gardens with the backdrop tall trees and lush undergrowth with a creek running past the deck , perfect spot to chill out, have a drink, read a book......
The host, Claire, is very friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful and very confortable house in the middle of the rainforest, really enjoyable and suitable to rest. Claire the owner has been really welcoming. We had a good time!

An awesome place to stay where you have the opportunity to stay in comfort in an off grid rainforest home , plenty of walks around the 50 or so acres of land , wildlife , maybe but not lucky enough myself to see a Giant Freshwater Crayfish, but will , host Claire has plenty of suggestions of places and sites that may be of interest in the area , will certainly be back !

A beautiful, peaceful place, the owner is fantastic and helpful. Love the off the grid
