I shopped at this store today for the first time. Lovely staff member who served me. The products are beautifully presented and the shop was warm and inviting as was the lady who served me. Highly recommend.

Popped in today, just for a browse coincidentally it was The Little Sparrow's
1st Birthday and my Birthday. I purchased a beautiful XL Textured Oval Jug at a bargin price, it was perfect for the space!

I have been attempting to purchase a hallway/tressle table from this store for months, and i am fairly disappointed with the customer service i have received. I have seen this table in this store for over a year - i went in to purchase it the first time and was told i could buy it but had to wait 3-4 weeks for it to be replaced in store before i could take it. I did not agree with this, so left without the purchase. A month or so later i still wanted the table, and it was still there so i went back in to be told by the owner that it was a misunderstanding and miscommunication, she wouldnt sell floor stock and would order me a new one within 7-10 days. I then went back to "order" the table - this being my third visit - and was told she needed to check first with the stockist in melbourne and would call me. Another visit since - 2 weeks ago and i have not had one single phone call to follow me up about it. Even if it cant be ordered - it would have been nice to have been contacted and told that. I have had a very bad experience here, and from a store that presents quite up-market, with expensive items - why is it impossible for me to make a purchase there but also recieve very poor customer service and communication. Very disappointed.
