Caribbean Resort Mooloolaba

If you want a nice, comfortable, quiet place to relax which is close to everything even a DR’s clinic, then this is your place. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly & helpful, the place was mostly clean except for some minor issues which would affect someone with OCD like dust in cupboards & drawers, the pool, spa & steam room were excellent, the gym needs a bit of an upgrade but it was good enough. the washing machine with a dryer was a life saver & the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. We stayed in room 64 on the 5th floor & had direct access to the roof top which was an added bonus. Overall, it is a great place & we would stay there again:

Office staff are amazing and welcome you with a smile 😊 we have stayed in several rooms they all have their own personal touch and never disappoint. The rooms are well equipped for a relaxing stay fresh and clean always. The pool,spa,sauna and gym always clean and well maintained with only a hop skip and jump to Mooloolaba Beach and eateries.

Really nice place where to spend a relaxing gate away equipped with all the comforts. Good rooms layout with aircon and ceiling fan. Staff well trained and easy to deal with ready to give all the suggestions and tips to make your short or long stay here comfortable. Nice pool area and real kids friendly envirment

We have just arrived home from almost a week at this wonderful resort. We got married in the Sunshine Coast and had about 80 people coming in from NSW - with the majority staying at the resort. The staff were absolutely amazing and made everyone's trip one to remember forever. The facilities were great and the pool area was perfect for families! Thank you very much to the team and we look forward to no doubt coming back in the future!

My family and I had the best time, the location is perfect and within walking distance of anything you need.

Excellent location and friendly and helpful staff. The apartments and fully self-contained and are very comfortable. The pool facing apartment was great! The pool area is really amazing too, my partner and I had such a great time. Highly recommend this property.

Great location. Perfect for our family with 3 young kids. Rooms were very neat and clean. Staff were friendly. Hannah was amazing and sorted out any issues quickly and well. BBQ area is great. Pool and spa are really nice. Lovely view from our room too. We had a lovely holiday and will be back again 😀

Hubby and I just stayed for the weekend which unfortunately was too short! Absolutely 5 stars on everything with this resort! Terrific customer service, clean comfortable room, great facilities and close to all shops/restaurants/beach. Well priced. Will definitely be back!

We have just spent 2 nights here and were very pleased with our accommodation. The reception staff were welcoming, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Our 2 bedroom apartment was clean and fresh with everything you could need, including board games and beach toys for the kids.
Only negative was the view which was onto a back street.
Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again if in the area. The booking was in the name of Debbie Purton.

We recently had the pleasure of a two night stay at Caribbean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our unit was everything we needed. And location was very central. Looking foward to returning.

A wonderful venue to chill out and to enjoy the warm sunny days while on holiday from NZ's cold wet winter......very reasonable rates.

The units are large and well appointed with easy access to a heated swimming pool and spa.

Management are friendly, welcoming and helpful......any problems with services in the apartment are immediately attended to and repaired/replaced.

We return year after year for our extended winter holiday......highly recommended.

This is a well kept family resort. It has its own friendly water dragon called rocky. Walk to multiple places for eating. A couple of minutes walk to the aquarium and the beach. The units are spacious and very clean. Janelle and Paul were lovely to deal with. Everyone who works here has a smile on their faces, greet you when they see you. Secure parking and secure wuthin the resort key tag for doors. Cannot wait for them to open up bookings next year as we will definitely stay again. Easy access to mororway and highway for other tourist attractions.

Right from check in, both janelle and Paul were so very helpful. We had 2 cars and a trailer and they accommodated us with out any hassle. Very friendly staff whenever we saw them. Room was spacious and clean. I’d go back again no dramas. Great location, close to surf club and the wharf. Thank you

The location is amazing, central to everything. Rooms extremely clean and up to date. Janelle and Paul are so lovely and very helpful. Would recommend and stay here again.

Me and my family of 3 stayed at the carribean resort for 2 weeks In the 2brd rooftop with jacuzzi, and let me tell you, we had an amazing stay, the apartment was clean and tidy and had a very well equipped kitchen, we had our own bbq, but the communal bbq area was perfect to have a nice barbecue that had bluetooth speakers you can use to play your own music,
we were informed a few days before our stay that there would be renovations in the last 2 days of our stay so they compensated us by giving us 3 lots of free breakfasts in their cafe downstairs which was very much appreciated. And a lovely gesture.
The noise was barely heard as we were not affected at all. As for everything else beds were very comfortable. The views were just gorgeous.
We only had a couple minor things we weren't sure of like working the hot tub, and the dryer which had a broken door but was efficiently delt with promptly.

Was absolutely awesome! He was caring, diligent, and took our washing to dry and brought it back up to our apartment when our dryer broke down also showed us how to use the hot tub, Honestly we were so impressed with our stay and the wonderful staff at this resort.

I urge anyone who is planning to stay here.
To communicate what you want. As I had requested alot before our arrival via email and they did not disappoint.
If u have any queries on how to use anything or not sure with something just call the front desk.
I've seen so many reviews complaining about certain things, and most times people just dont ask for help. Or take care in reading instructions in their booklet manual. It's honestly a beautiful place stay so close to the beach, restaurants,
Coles, sealife, hire boats etc. Hop on a bus to sunshine plaza. U can grab a 615 bus that services to australia zoo and aussie world only 2 buses in the mornings tho, If your planning a trip here you wont be disappointed.

Our family has a great time staying here. The ground door room with pool access was very convenient with a toddler. Staff were very friendly, and the location is great. Would definitely come back here

We stayed here recently. Perfect location, just off the esplanade. Loads of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The 2 bedroom unit was clean and well appointed and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. It was a great holiday. Thank you. 😀

We stayed 16 nights, May 27th until June 12th . Our unit was lovely , very clean and comfortable .The management are excellant nothing is a problem . Everthing is within easy walking distance , great cafes and restuarants also Coles supermarket . This was our second stay and would definately stay again and recomemd to others. The only problem we had was major renovations in the unit next door that went on for almost our entire stay. Thank you management team you do a great job . Carole & Tom . New Zealand .
