Guardian Childcare & Education Margaret Street

There is simply no other centre or team like the one at Margaret Street. I cannot find the words that are anywhere good enough to describe how amazing the Margaret Street educators are. The families are treated as family by all educators, and I can say (hand on heart) that there is absolutely no chance that I would send my child elsewhere. The support, love and guidance that we as a family receives from the educators at Margaret Street is hands down second to absolute none. Knowing that my child is so attached to her educators makes me so overjoyed and warms my heart knowing that all the children are loved in return. Angeliqe and Donna manage the centre outstandingly and I can assure you that they are worth so much more than you would ever determine. The team at Margaret Street are simply irreplaceable. It is thanks to this wonderful team of educators that my daughter is happy, always hitting new milestones, has found independence every single day and most importantly, my daughter is loved and respected by all of the educators and her friends. This team is worth more than its weight in gold. I am a Guardian Margaret Street Mum and nothing makes me prouder. Thank you team for all that you do, words will never be enough to describe what you all mean to Alessandra and of course ti us. We love you all so much. Endless blessings to you all ❤

This is a great and reliable place I'd love to send my son and recommend to my friends too. When my son's previous centre closed suddenly, we were so worried and did not know if he could settle in this new place. However, that was a surprise that after the first week been here, my son said, "This is the best school ever." This means a huge relief to us. All the educators in Margaret Street are professional and friendly. They would put the child's need at the first priority and always have fun and educational activities. The management is excellent here as well. Whenever we had any request, Giselle would help us as soon as possible. Now my son has been here for nearly a year, he had built close relationship with the educators and is happy everyday. Here is a big "Thank you" from all my family to the educators.

Our little one has been going to Margaret St for over a year now, she always looks forward to her day there and has created some amazing bonds with people there.

During our little one's attendance, we have found the staff to be welcoming, caring and feel that they always put your child's best interests first. They are always accommodating and pleasant to talk to. I have found them to be open and honest about a range of topics to ensure our little one is catered for.

It's a smaller centre and for us that has been perfect, ensuring a warm environment and know that our little one is enjoying quality time there. It saddens me that we have moved away from the city and now need to change centres, I really wish it was possible to bring Giselle and her fantastic team along with us!

I'm sure our little one will miss Margaret St and know that my wife & will too!

I was originally dreading the thought of sending my daughter to daycare -- but the educators at Margaret Street are so wonderful. They clearly love the kids, their communication with parents is great, the centre is small and cosy, the kids have a fabulous time learning new things and building friendships. I'm so glad we found this centre. Highly recommend!

Truly outstanding centre, I have 3 kids that have attended here. First had been to other centres in the city before ending up here, and the level of personal relationship and care between parents/careers/kids and managers at Margaret St is heartwarming. My older two still like coming back to say hi! Very grateful to the team, thanks! ☺

We have been with Margaret Street for over 3 fantastic years , and will stay till moving to Kindergarten. Convenient location for CBD workers , they are flexible and accommodating to parents with a variety of experienced educators. Hidden in the concrete jungle, they have gardens , sandpits, forts, play equipment and sunshine.
Would highly recommend for parents working in the city!

Even though I was prepared to leave my child at a day care centre, it was hard to finalise one given a huge number of considerations. However, in my heart I knew that I would go by my gut feeling and I knew Margaret street early learning centre was the place I would choose for my daughter the minute I walked in there. It’s a relatively small centre, but the staff is so friendly, warm and caring. The place makes you feel safe and cozy instantly, the kind of place I was happy to leave my child at while I was at work. I remember telling Larissa, that every transition a child goes through, a mother goes through as well. So, a big thank you to all the wonderful women at the centre who helped my daughter and me go through this huge transition. They were like second mothers to my baby and I knew she was safe with them while I could go to work, enjoy a coffee or just relax at home sometimes. I was in tears when I had to move my baby to another centre because we recently moved places and I wanted my daughter to be closer home. My little one loves going to Margaret Street, she is building great relationships with her educators and drop off in the mornings are so easy. We love the Storypark updates and seeing the fun experiences she gets up to.

Our daughter has attended Margaret St ELC for two years and absolutely loved it. The best centre in the CBD by far, Giselle and the team are warm, capable and passionate about what they do. Thank you for taking such great care of us and our girl!

I inspected a few daycare centres before settling upon Guardian Margaret Street. No other centres were flexible when it came to meeting my requests in terms of foods offered to my child. Giselle the centre manager was more than happy to adjust things at meal times for us and I am so thankful to her, the cook and all the staff for goign above and beyond!

Since my daughter has been with the educators at this space she has flourished. She is supported and gets to explore amazing concepts, ideas and experiences daily. I feel safe leaving my child in this centre and the manager is very easy to talk to and always takes my daughters care with the utmost importance

A happy place. We love it.

Booked in my 18m old boy to start in Jan19, pay the bond because I was told it is fully refundable if cancelled. Now I have a circumstance change and I cancel the enrolment. I then was told the bond was not refundable. I was totally misinformed. I wrote email to investigate and no one seems to bother to resolve this issue with me. I am very disappointed and I will not recommend Guardian to my colleagues.
