Such lovely, caring people work in this store.
I had Maygol helping me out, I arrived late, store was soon to be closed, she never rushed me, kept telling me to take my time, kept bringing pieces to try on, genuinely trying to help me to get the best style that work for me. Really not many people like that these days, that truly care and love what they do.

Customer Service was excellent! I've forgotten her name :-( however the assistant gave me a full explanation on all the different styles of tights and made sure I had the right pair to match my needs and was not pushy at all. I will definitely go back - just because of the service.

I've always found the staff super friendly and helpful .For the past few years,every time when i tried clothes in fitting room,they always keeping to provide me the product they thought suit for me.
I probably tried around 15 sports bra.
And they don't feel annoying but very welcome.
All my sports wear from lorna jane.THE quality is really nice.the bra support well.And the most important thing is they have incredible customer service.

I've just started running so I find the world of sporting gear quite overwhelming. Thankfully Annie was there to help! When I requested her help she immediately ran down the features and specifics of sports bras that I wasn't even aware of. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the purposes of construction and fit which made me completely confident that she could find the right product for me. She then took it upon herself to find the right bra for me and helpfully picked out a selection. I ended up with the perfect bra and couldn't be happier. She even indulged me in some friendly conversation at the end so I never got the impression that she just wanted to make a sale.

Overall I was very impressed by the service Annie provided. Her knowledge set her apart from competitors like Lululemon that I had just been to. However, a minor note I might mention, I was not greeted at entry which made me a little unsure about approaching staff for help. Aside from that everything was perfect. I would highly recommend Lorna Jane to anyone who wants sports gear AND great customer service.

Love this cute little store. Got new collections straight away especially small sizes and the girls are so helpful and lovely!
Could have more sale collections though.

Love your gear but your website won’t let me into Australia or NZ online stores u less I’m physically in that country. I couldn’t even speak to and Australian team as it kept flipping to Singapore. Customer service told me to do something with my IP address. No, fix your website! Cue, lulu lemon, Alannah Hill, Karen Millen etc etc all let me choose which website I visit. Sorry to post this publicly but I just got nowhere with your sg team. I don’t even live in Singapore 🤣
Will still buy your gear but only when physically back in my own hood. Which sucks.

The ladies in here are so lovely and accommodating. Really helpful when it came to finding the right fit for a sports bra, and honest about the impact levels of each of the styles. 💜🙌🏽
