David Jones - Barangaroo

Went in about 5 minutes to close, I am unsure of the woman's name, but she gave excellent customer service.
Not only was she happy to help so near to closing, she took the time to make sure my new shoes were to my liking and appropriate to my feet.
I was very happy with the level of service and look forward to furture shopping.

We were after a particular product gift pack and were told on the phone that there were multiple items in stock at the Barangaroo store. We headed to the store only to be told that there was an error in the system and they didn't have any. In order not to inconvenience us the Concierge lady (Emma) and her manager offered to package individual items into a box to make an equivalent set, gift wrap it and match the price of the gift pack. They turned a problem into a great experience. 2 stars for the stock system but 7 stars for the service.

Dealt with Emma from Concierge who was fantastic in trying to assist with my tricky Click & Collect order. Big thanks to her.

Best service, when I was purchasing my RM Williams Boots. However, did seem to be a bit low on staff as there was only one attendant in the men's shoe section

love this little DJs & sneaking into here for little self-spoil after lunching out, wonderful range for Valentino & good make up selection. good service as well.

Great shopping centre. Especially festival time , there are window decorate outside around the building such as Easter day and Christmas day

A Boutique store with quality product. Great range of men and women fashion and cosmetics. Friendly staffs and felt welcome.
