Stopped in for the mini happy hour cocktails and it was super fun. The happy hour drinks are made in mini glasses.

Take a seat at the bar for the best views to watch the master bartenders at their craft.

I had the mini irish coffee and the mini dirty vodka martini. Both were smooth and perfect for an after work cocktail.

I also had some oysters that were fresh and delicious. A fun spot to check out.

Great interior, love the decor and the atmosphere. It’s got a good vibe with classy cocktails. They do happy hour between 4:30-5:30. Their cocktail menu is great, a wide selection of drinks we would come back here again.

Had an incredible experience here with my girlfriend. We were warmly welcomed by the host and seated at the bar. We had complimentary nuts and olives for us too. We had two mini cocktails, which I highly recommend starting with to get you in the mood. The gentlemen behind the bar went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable, including, but not limited to, an endless supply of bubbles 😅 my favourite cocktail was ‘you don’t win friends with salad.’ Aromatic, vegetal, perfect 👌 didn’t catch the guys’ names, but I’m sure you know who you are 🙂 we will be back when we next visit Sydney

I absolutely hate waiting in lines but Maybe Sammy was definitely worth the wait! The cocktails are quite pricey but worth the flair and entertainment that comes with it!

The staff were super lovely and accommodating and so high energy, not once did I see anyone not smiling. Will definitely be back!

Highly recommend their Shapes cocktail - absolutely divine!

One word... wow! Loved the innovative and creative cocktails on offer. The flavour combinations make you wonder if the bartenders are insane or genius. Ingredients such as saline, soy sauce, olive oil... they shouldn't be in a cocktail but they were! Received free olives and nuts - unexpected but a lovely touch. Come again? Heck yes!

They definitely know how to make great cocktails. Waiters are super fun and deliver great service. You can easily spend a fair bit of time sipping away delicious cocktails.

So there's a reason why this place is considered one of the best bars in the world. Went in on a busy Saturday night, and yet the staff were still extremely polite, efficient and patient. Atmosphere was lively yet still intimate enough that you could hear each other talk. Drinks were absolutely phenomenal, with each drink being a unique experience that is definitely worth the price. The menu itself was a classy experience which made the place seemed premium. Very nice artwork and explanation for each cocktail up to what glass is used. Overall a wonderful experience, would recommend to anybody on their cocktail journey!

An exceptional bar! Remarkable cocktails, great music, and entertaining bartenders & staff. My group ordered almost all the drinks on the menu and each one had a special twist that fit with them 'expect the unexpected'. The wait to get in was well worth the overall experience.

What an amazing cocktail experience! I can see why this place has been rated so highly. The selections are cool, they look amazing and taste even better.

The staff are professional and have some quirky entertainment on offer.

If you are ever in Sydney and up for a world class cocktail experience, this is a must visit.

The cocktails were amazing. Highly recommend the Irish Martini. It was superb. Walkins only, so be prepared to wait outside for awhile of you are 3+people. The service is awesome. Also, the bartenders do an actual show with drinks - worth watching.

World class cocktail bar. A must go in Sydney. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Probably the best hosts of any bar I've been to in past 5 years. Cocktails are original and thoughtful. (Apologies for poor quality photos)

Omg, we loved this place! We were seated by the counter. Daniel (the chef) literally made our night. Small bites were very delicious and perfectly paired with amazing cocktails. We loved the service, attention to details and the vibe. Highly recommend this place!

Been wanting to visit Maybe Sammy since heard about them when read the top 50 worldwide bar list a year ago. To say I was impressed is understatement. I was floored 🍸🎉
The vibes, staff and cocktails from their creative mirage menu were fantastic. I was only in Sydney 2 nights (6th-8th Dec) but I made sure to visit Maybe Sammy both nights. In fact I loved it so much, I considered moving to Sydney (sorry Auckland). 😅 well done Maybe Sammy. You have gained a fan. (Will definitely visit again next time in Sydney). ❤

The service here is top notch! We went here as a date night on a Saturday, they had oyster specials and mini cocktails! The oysters were very fresh. The vibe, the staff, the food and drinks, highly recommend!

I heard about this bar in some recent reviews and wanted to check it out. It definitely didn’t disappoint. The minis at happy hour were great and the service was phenomenal. I would love to come back to try more of their interesting cocktail selection. If you’re considering stopping by, definitely get there early before it opens to line up otherwise you might miss out. 10/10

Our cousin found this amazing bar in Sydney…Maybe, Sammy. We (party of 4) all enjoyed ourselves.

Ordered: One Night in Bankok (carbonated, tropical, toasted), Polar Stratospheric Cloud (carbonated, fruity, creamy), You Don’t Win Friends With Salad (carbonated, vegetal, fruity), Martini no trolley (maybe sammy x sipsmith).

Wait we did have some snacks: eggplant tartare with flaxseed cracker, macadamia purée, heirloom tomato pickle; sourdough with butter, and olive oil & balsamic, olives, nuts. The olive oil & balsamic was out of this world.

Although the staff was dressed to the 9s, and we were causal, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed; definitely no stuffiness. Thanks so very much to Sarah and Maria for making our 1st experience here memorable. Candidly, every single person who interacted with us were off the charts amazing — the bartenders waved when taking pictures, and the DJ was outstanding.

If you don’t give yourself this treat, you’ll never know what a truly amazing experience you could have had.

Come early cz even on the weekdays it gets busy lol. Cocktails are 11/10. Fun happy hour to try different flavors. Food is alright, kinda too fancy for my liking but definitely come for the drinks and the atmosphere 🥳

It’s nice place. For me it’s small places but good vibes. I went there on my birthday 🎉. I tried the cocktails. I like the menu here. They arranged a special drink for me, very cute. I haven't tried the food yet. But I think I'll go back soon.

It's clear to see why this has been voted one of the best bars. Don't be put off by the queues - worth waiting for. Music to suit everyone with entertaining interactive bartender routines.

Fun waitresses and Inventive cocktails - would happily have spent the night here and worked down the cocktail list but had dinner planned. Will definitely be back when in Sydney
