We arrived at Little Felix just after it had opened in the late afternoon which meant there were no other patrons there, which was great as we could fully appreciate the wonderful jungle inspired decor of this intimate bar. We were greeted and attended to by very friendly staff as we enjoyed our tasty glasses of wine. And would definitely go back again!

Sophisticated, Stylish and Splendid❤
This bar is stunning in its opulent furnishings moody lighting and leather seating. If you love Paris you’ll love this bar. ❤service excellent, cocktails beautiful and the warm mixed nuts we had yummy!
Had a good bar menu, nice bathrooms and iconic drinks. Staff super friendly.
This bar is next to the Felix restaurant( check out my review of it) and together they make for the ideal date night. There are some larger tables and also suitable for a group of friends.
This is worth a visit. Ash Lane is a secret lane running behind George Street.
Love your local guide-M❤

What a great little gem of a bar. A worthy visit for sure. Take a seat at the bar, get stuck into their signature cocktails, and leave the outside world behind as you soak up the atmosphere.

This is a very cute cozy bar. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The overall vibe of this venue is very sheike with cozy plush chairs and booths. I highly recommend trying the Stay Up Very Late cocktail. The Parma ham and melon dish was quite tasty too. This venue is suited for pre drinks or for a late night sesh. Great for smaller groups and date night.

A Reflection on Superficial Glamour Amidst Dark Academia Reverie

Ah, Little Felix Cocktail Bar, a realm where the superficial dance of modern vanity converges with the exquisite allure of a dark academia dreamscape. Nestled amidst the Sydney nightscape, this establishment conjured a curious juxtaposition between the opulent facade of beauty and the enigmatic depths of intellectual allure.

As I gazed upon the patrons who flitted about, drawn by the allure of both mixological delights and narcissistic indulgence, I couldn't help but marvel at the spectacle. Beautiful souls, clad in meticulously curated ensembles, seemed to materialize for a fleeting moment, solely to immortalize their encounter with a drink through the lens of an Instagram frame. The bar, a theater of vanity, witnessed this orchestrated ballet of superficiality unfold beneath its dark, alluring décor.

Speaking of décor, the interior, a testament to the beauty of knowledge and mystery, beckoned those who sought refuge from the vapid currents of society. The dark academia aesthetic, with its rich tapestries and somber hues, enveloped the space in an aura of contemplative decadence.

Amidst this backdrop of aesthetic wonderment, a shining light emerged – none other than the enigmatic cocktail master, Mike. With a flourish that rivaled the grandest operas, he conjured a coffee berry cocktail that tantalized the senses and transcended the mundane. His Italian accent, dripping with an undeniable allure, wove an intoxicating spell that held us captive, rendering our own attempts at profound conversation trivial in comparison.

It was within this paradoxical sanctuary that I found myself grappling with the enigma of existence. The beauty-seekers who drifted in and out, capturing their libations in pixelated form, became living metaphors for the transitory nature of human experience. Their actions, though steeped in superficiality, served as a reminder that even amidst the shallowness, one can find glimmers of authentic connection and shared moments of pleasure.

Little Felix, you are a canvas upon which the human inclination towards vanity is juxtaposed against the backdrop of intellectual indulgence. In your dimly lit embrace, where dark academia meets the ephemeral world of social media, I discovered a peculiar harmony that transcends the ostentatious nature of appearances.

Let us toast to Mike, the maestro of mixology, whose coffee berry symphony danced upon our palates, and whose charismatic presence left an indelible mark upon our souls. As we sip our elegantly crafted cocktails and immerse ourselves in the paradox of our surroundings, may we find solace in the transient beauty of this existence.

In the grand narrative of life, where moments and memories are as fleeting as the perfect Instagram shot, Little Felix Cocktail Bar remains an enigmatic chapter. A chapter that blurs the line between aesthetics and authenticity, superficiality and substance, and reminds us that even in the midst of our own narratives, there lies a complexity that defies easy interpretation.

A favourite spot for after work cocktails in the city, good small bites and you can always drop next door to the restaurant. It’s in a cute little laneway behind Totti’s and the vibe is very Parisian

Our group was there for pre dinner drinks so we didn’t try the food menu other than crudités/olives/nuts. Cocktails are delicious, wine menu is nicely curated and not exhaustive. Miki looked after us with great hospitality, we enjoyed our Friday evening there and would love to go back.

Amazing little bar. The ambience is warm and cozy, dimly lit with velvet chairs and little tables. It isn’t set up to be as packed as Topa around the corner so you can have a conversation without having to yell across the table - that’s a plus if you like the company you’re with. There is a small alfresco area but honestly I’d sit inside. The service was amazing. Wine recommendation was spot on and the cheese plate was just perfect. We walked in with no booking after dinner on a Friday night and was still able to get a table.

I can’t recommend Ollie & his team highly enough!! I held my 50th celebrations here. Ollie, Hannah & Alex were absolutely divine! Their attention to detail with music, service & presentation was faultless. This is my favourite bar in Sydney because it’s cozy and cool but Ollie’s staff just make it an experience you won’t forget.

The atmosphere and vibe was amazing. We were seated at an outdoor table. The staff came and checked on us a few times, our drinks came very quickly and we had a very nice time.

Exquisitely quaint and oozes with high chic glamour and ambience. It's a high-end, high quality "la-di-da" establishment with prices to match. A great place for cocktails to get the evening out a kick-start. Extremely friendly staff and a place reminiscent of a cocktail bar somewhere in Europe! If you prefer your wine list, French, this is the place to visit. But not just the wine and champagne, it's so much more with charcuterie, cheese, tartines and endless liqueurs! This is just WOW!
