Such an incredible, exhilarating day! Jessie, Matt and Erik went absolutely above and beyond to ensure a truly tailored experience.
This is a true driver's experience, with every opportunity to drive these beautiful cars to their full potential. Add to that the scenery, the restaurants, and the inevitable turning of heads at the approach of our luxury convoy and you have the perfect day. The only disappointment was not waking up with the keys to the Ferrari the next day.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable time. From the moment we arrived until the end of our tour, everything was seamless and well-organized.

What an amazing day with Prancing Horse in the Adelaide Hills. The day exceeded all expectations. The stable of cars you get to drive is fantastic and the whole day flies past so quickly. What a fantastic experience. Our first run with Prancing Horse we thought it would be a once in a lifetime experience, that we had only ever dreamed of. This being our third experience, and we are now planning our next once in a lifetime experience 😉 Matt and Jess are so welcoming and make you feel comfortable and like your their best friends which helps with the whole experience being memorable. The lengths that Eric goes to take the best photos is unbelievable. This is certainly something I would recommend to everyone.

Matt and his team have created a truly fantastic experience. You can see and hear the passion in everything he does. Matt met us at the hotel and then we were free to drive our way and experience the cars the way they were designed for. I cannot recommend Prancing Horse more highly and would gladly do this again.

Jess and Matt (and Erik!) provided one of the best experiences of my life. Everything was easy and fun, and any pressure was non-existent. It was all about the experience and enjoying the day out driving and experiencing these amazing, exotic vehicles. There is nothing quite like it. I cannot recommend Prancing Horse enough. Do yourself a favour at least once in your lifetime and get on board the supercar train!

Wonderful experience. The team at prancing horse really deliver a true driving experience. The locations and itinerary was top notch. The day was run really smooth and without stress.

The vehicle selection for the day was diverse and exciting. Getting to try all types on great curated roads was really a joy. The cars were all maintained very well.

Wow! What an experience!

This is our second time round with Prancing Horse, which makes us official repeat offenders. Our first experience with Prancing Horse was in Sydney and our second was in Adelaide. It just goes to show that this experience keeps you coming back for more. Matt, Jessie & Erik are beautiful people inside out, and have created an experience that is unbeatable. Both times exceeded expectations and my husband and I cannot wait to do this again. 10/10 would recommend!!!!

What a fantastic experience the drive day was with Matt and Erik in the Yarra Valley yesterday. We highly recommend taking the opportunity that Matt and his team offer to drive and experience the most stunning late model Supercars. Morning tea on the road and lunch at the restaurant was also of the highest quality and yet so relaxed. A truly amazing day. The team were magnificent and I will never forget the feeling of being in the cars. The day was handled perfectly and the driving was sensation. Can not recommend this event highly enough.

Absolutely amazing day in the Adelaide hills. Can confidently say if you've ever dreamed of driving any kind of supercar then this is the experience for you. The team did an absolutely amazing job organising the route, the driver changes, the food, and the cars. Wow, I wish words could adequately describe the whole experience. It was absolutely faultless. The cars were impeccable and were the obvious highlight of the day, the food was incredible, and Matt, Jessie and Erik really made the whole experience. It felt as though I'd known them forever and that we were driving with friends. The whole day was planned thoroughly and was taken care of by Matt, Jessie and Erik which allowed us to spend the day focusing on the cars, the driving and the views. I can't recommend this experience enough, it was something that we will remember (and talk about) for our whole lives!

I booked this for my partner and I. From this moment the care and attention to ensuring we had an amazing day was superb. Starting with a helicopter ride to the yarra valley was an amazing start to what was an amazing day. My partner loves super cars. And had all his dreams fulfilled. Matt and Erik also made this day special with their professionalism, open communication and focus on ensuring our enjoyment. A special birthday present - we absolutely loved it! Matt, Jessie and Erik gave us and two other couples a fantastic driving experience and more. Driving four dream cars around the beautiful countryside with stops for morning tea at a cheese factory and a delicious lunch at a winery.

The Prancing Horse team could not have been better hosts, whose sole focus was to make it the best experience possible.

The cars were phenomenal and each unique. A day of escapism, which sadly had to come to an end. Thankfully we have Erik’s excellent photos to remind us of this very special day.

We highly recommend and are more than tempted to do it all again …

Best day ever!!! Words do not describe how amazing this driving experience was- we were blown away by how comfortable Matt, Jessie and Eric made us feel and how much fun we had!
I never dreamed of driving a Ferrari and doing it in the Adelaide Hills was epic!
We didn’t want the day to end and will be ‘repeat offenders’ - we thought it would be a once in a lifetime experience- but it will be way more than once- we are hooked!!

As we men get older, it gets harder and harder for our partners to buy us unique gifts. My wife, I would have to say has brought me another absolute cracker; a day driving supercars with Prancing Horse. My previous mind-blowing treat for a previous birthday was a flight in a fighter jet, however I would have to say that driving 4 of the world’s leading supercars in the Adelaide Hills may have just surpassed that thrill.

Prancing Horse started at the prestigious Lofty House, where I was introduced to Matt, Jessie and Erik (their personal professional photographer). After a little caffeine we did a lucky dip for whom would take which of the cars first, I happened to start in the Lamborghini Huracan, a dark grey beast that looks more like a 21st century fighter plane than a regular conveyance. The cockpit of this missile, like the other 3 cars, have plenty of unusual and exciting appointments which Matt and Jessie gladly run over to ensure you can really get the idea of how these cars operate. Once seated and belted in I hit the start button and this weapon roared into life.

The two-way radio comes to life as Jessie takes to the station telling our little motorcade to ease out of the Lofty House carpark. Leading the start was Matt & Jessie in the Lotus, Dean & Annalee in the Ferrari, followed by our car, then Erik and Ben taking up the rear in the McLaren. The plan was for everyone to change cars throughout the day plus of course change drivers so that everyone got a chance to try all the cars. In fact, my wife Sharon said openly “No you drive it all honey, it’s your day”. I said “ok”, that was about to change. Matt & Jessie hit the main hills road and we were off, and quickly. I don’t think I hit 3rd gear on the paddle of this insane Italian slayer before I loudly yelled to Sharon “You MUST drive this car, it is incredible”. I found it hard to verbalise my words as I had a smile like that of the joker.

The smile got wider, the turns got quicker my heart stayed up there with the Tachometer as I raced this machine in and through these beautiful hills. Oh boy the fun, was electrifying. I think when we made our first initial stop I must have looked like a clown as I was smiling that hard. Matt goes “Oh we live off the smiles”. Funny as all the drivers were doing the same, grinning and laughing like banshees. A quick driver swap with Sharon and no sooner had she put her toe towards the firewall on the fire breathing masterpiece she yelled out “Oh wow I want one”. She too had been bitten by this cheeky Italian beast. I watched as she started to smile and glow as she tapped through the gears, apexing into corners, pressing on the gas and racing toward another chicane.

The lunch bell rang as we again needed food and water like cowboys on an old western cattle drive. Lane Vineyard was the call and in we rolled, up a conifer lined driveway, and there she sat a stunning restaurant which was set for our arrival complete with charming staff and an ala carte menu that did not disappoint. Breads, entrees, mains, and deserts all on offer, and simply delicious; all part of the Prancing Horse package.

I could go on and write a short story book about this day, it was mind blowing. I have told EVERYONE that if they have just the slightest pension for cars, speed, exhilaration, or something just bloody awesome then get onto one of these driving days. I cannot talk highly enough of Matt, Jessie and Erik, just lovely people and they have this operation down to a fine art. 8 hours, yes 8 hours of absolute white knuckle driving through the Adelaide Hills in some of the finest cars money can buy is simply breath taking. I think we travelled over 200 kilometres, rarely meeting the same road, it was all different and stunning. I left that day totally sated, my thirst had been well and truly quenched. Could they have done any more? No. Could you surpass the experience? Doubt it. Prancing Horse and their Team 10/10. We will return for sure; it was that good. Bravo!

We recently had the pleasure of being part of the Adelaide Hills Luxury Driving Experience. If you imagine how good it would be driving 5 impeccably kept super cars through some of the very best roads anywhere and eating some of the very best food (the Lane and Pike and Joyce) you start to get an idea of the kind of day you would have. I had high expectations but these were exceeded in every way. Matt, Jessie, Erik and the team have gone out of their way to anticipate everything to make the day as relaxing, thrilling and memorable as it possibly could be, something I’ll never forget. While the cars are beyond incredible, representing the pinnacle of automotive engineering, it was the overall experience and all the other ingredients that made it truly special and unique. If you’re kind of thinking about whether or not to do it, just do it, you’ll thank yourself!
