Bonny's Fish & Chips

Picked up fish and chips lunch for the kids. At $7.50 each, this was great value for money. I had called up and ordered over the phone, and by the time I arrived to pick up (approx. 8 min) the food was ready and being bagged up. Fish was fresh, plump and a decent size - not completely covered in batter like many other shops. Chips had a nice crunch and texture to the bite.

Service was friendly and efficient, just how it should be.

We recently discovered Bonny’s Fish & Chips which looks like it opened not long ago but we are so happy it did. The prices are great for the quality of fish and chips. The chips are crispy and not soggy and the battered Barramundi was well cooked. The salt & pepper squid was not as good as we hoped, we found the batter could’ve be crispier. However the standout was the fish burger for $6.50. Would come again and again for that alone! A great addition to our loca area.

Delishious, super crunchy and good prices. They've been here for about 5-6 months, when they first opened its wasn't great (opinion) but they've clearly listened to feed back and honed they're skills to what it is now. Great stuff guys! look forward to the next visit!

Best fish AND chips in the West. Usually at other places the fish would be great but then have terrible chips. But here everything is crunchy and the texture holds up well even after it has cooled a bit. Well seasoned and great value with generous portions. A single meal pack will satisfy even the largest appetites and could be easily shared between 2. Service was fast. Everything looked very clean and hygienic. I would certainly recommend this to family and friends. Plus they're local (support local businesses!).

Other reviews have complained of it being oily, but honestly what do you expect from a deep fried food place? It's really standard as far as oiliness goes.

Absolute Gem hidden in Bonnyrigg, the prices are on point and the food is amazing !

The fish is beyond fresh the staff are extremely friendly.

Must try their plain burger also bacon and egg roll. These burgers are quick on the go but are tasty I recommend getting two of each !

The barramundi with Salad is amazing overall in my view it's the best take away shop in Bonnyrigg and arguably Liverpool

Have been here on multiple occasions and always purchase the grilled fish and chips. The chips were dark golden on this particular occassion (assuming oil related matter) however, the chips were cooked well, crunchy and not overly oily.
No complaints here, I aim to drop in to purchase if I am in the area.

Ordered for the whole extended family- classic beef burgers, prawn cutlet meal, seafood basket, grilled barramundi and salad with additional chips and potato scallops. Prawn cutlets were especially yum! This was all very delicious, have found a new place for a great take away experience.

I ordered Battered Fish and Chips 🍟 🐟 . The chips were delicious and crispy, the fish was crunchy and scrumptious and the best thing of all, it was AMAZING! Great service as well! I definitely recommend to come for you or your family.

really good chips! fish was a bit soggy burried beneath everything but taste good. calamari, crab claw and seafood sticks and fish cocktails were amazing will be going back

easyily the best chips ive ever had - somehow better than all the inner city joints. imagine if each chip was a mini hashbrown with the crunch of a potato crisp. seriously cannot comprehend that the best chip place in sydney is 3 minutes from my door

THE BEST FISH&CHIPS in Sydney NO CAP , being a NEW ZEALANDER we love our fish and chips , We have eaten from a lot of fish an chip shops and restaurants, but by far THIS IS THE BEST WE HAVE EVER HAD IN SYDNEY , we don’t go anywhere else BONNYRIGG FISH&CHIP SHOP IS THE BEST TRUST ME , the prices are unbelievable GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY not expensive at all 😊😊
