Scott delivers great coffee and better than most cafes in the 'coffee snob' areas of Melbourne. Scott is a delight to chat with regarding his knowledge of coffee, and shares his coffee making experience. Brother Pablo is a must visit coffee stop in Shepparton.

Attention coffee snobs (like me): Pablo coffee is next level. Better than a lot of stuff in Melbourne and Sydney. Scott properly knows his stuff and takes great care in his coffee (daily blend combinations, remembering your order, precision and process). Hands down best coffee in Shep and a highlight to every visit.

Fantastic coffee! Added bonus was that we arrived close to closing and the crossiants needed sold so Scott offered to sell them at a discount. They were perfect for breakfast next day.
The coffee, like most here in Australia, was done perfectly. I will struggle to convert back to the coffee you get in UK!

Came up from Melbs for a one night stay. No only have I been in the industry for 20 odd years but I'm also a bit of a coffee snob as a rule. I was absolutely impressed boy this venue. I cannot actually think of one thing I would change about my experience here. The service was flawless, the food was delicious, the coffee was on par with my usual haunts in the CBD. I visited Brother pablo for the first time in a very long time; I always remember the delicious hot chocolate and wonderful service.
I was even more impressed than when I was a regular. Having moved interstate I no longer get to visit often enough, however Scott still remembered my order. What incredible service, definitely worth checking out if you are nearby.

I was in Shepparton for the first time yesterday and luckily picked out this coffee shop. Unlike 99% of coffee shops the barista takes real care in producing a consistent coffee. The roast their own beans and carefully measure the dose. The barista produced produces an excellent Guatemalan flat white. It was a real pleasure. Thanks

Epic coffee, warm friendly staff, great music. I love the shop and I love their coffee beans. The beans are of consistently outstanding quality. Scott travels to the farms that he buys them from and hand roasts them back in Shep. His dedication def pays off. Highly recommended.
