Monica who holds the 7:45 class on Thursday is the best instructor, I would love to see her do more classes

I think more air conditioner will do the trick can't feel much before work outs maybe it just me but it's manageable

Sylvia was absolutely lovely, she made the whole process very easy.

I've been a member for the past 5 weeks and I'm happy with my experience so far.. friendly staff, clean organised place, new equipment and amazing fitness classes. I tried body pump, attack, Yoga, Zumba and I really enjoyed the body combat class for the first time this morning and would like to suggest adding at least one more combat class in the evening.

So thankful to have found this gym! All of the staff are kind and very helpful making the start of my fitness journey a breeze. The gym is extremely clean with a large range of equipment and classes. 10/10

Today I was able to see the Seven Hills facility.
The customer service and the walk through was absolutely amazing. It has everything you need and more.
I felt comfortable, relaxed and very pleased with the service I received.

I am so happy that I have finally found a place I can start may journey to get fit and healthy again.

Wonderful staff, extremely helpful with signing up and made me feel completely comfortable with starting a new gym. Answered all of my questions and provided so much information! Very happy customer.

I joined Fernwood Fitness Seven Hills this week after a 7 day trial. The gym is immaculate, the staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming, the classes are a lot of fun, and the other members are wonderful! I would recommend Fernwood to any women out there who wants to give it a go!

Just signed up and had a great experience. Everything was explained perfectly and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Even though I was a bit nervous about starting this journey I came out looking forward to it and I’m now really excited!

Just had a tour with one of the staff. Really kind and they explain all the terms perfectly. Pretty cheap on the services. Would recommend for all the women who wants a secure place to work out.

Sylvia is super nice and takes an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I like how she gives me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I’ve been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. It’s great!

Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors – I highly recommend checking this gym out.

What an amazing gym and environment. I had my first Ball Fit class today which was amazing!! I also had my four month old in child minding for the first time and am so happy with everything, and know my son is having a great experience also. Props to Fernwood Seven Hills on a great facility and team. 🙂🙂🙂

Great gym : the staff and trainers are good, super nice and friendly, the ladies at the creche are awesome, the equipment is always clean and the atmosphere is super friendly. It's a very safe environment for women of all ages and shapes.

Ditch your gym and join Fernwood ladies. They have heaps of classes and the environment is welcoming.
