Joe was really helpful and really tried to get the price right for me. When we agreed, I then went to pick up the car and everything was as described... Found my dream car at JR Motors 3 weeks ago, and both Joe and Randon were very helpful throughout the whole process. I didn't feel rushed or hustled at all, in fact the opposite, they made sure everything was right with the car before giving it to me and even took it upon themselves to provide some non essential spare parts. I just got delivery (by Joe the owner) of my Audi RS3 Q3 SUV and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! I didn't see or drive the car, I bought directly from seeing the car on their website (which I've never done before)!

That's how confident I was in Joe and his son Renton!

And the car was even better than I expected, it is simply beautiful, in absolute perfect condition all round, just as Joe and Renton said it was.

I recently bought a 3.0L V6 diesel Toureg (2007) from Joe at JR Motors World. Joe was really friendly, easy to deal with, and easy to get hold of when I had questions. He made himself and the car available at short notice so I could get a third-party inspection done. The car was exactly how it was described in the ad, with no hidden damage. It was detailed and immaculate inside. The mechanic couldn’t find any faults with the car, and it’s driven beautifully since I picked it up. I feel like Joe was a genuine guy, who made buying a car a less scary and a straightforward process; I’m happy with my car and car buying experience. His son was even kind enough to pick me up from the station when I came to grab the car. I hope to keep this car for a long time, but if I need a car in future, I’ll consider buying from Joe again.
