Amazing fine establishment. Asked for a singular cheese burger add 5 Pattie’s 5 pieces of cheese. A singular bacon strip. Heavy on the lettuce. Amazing burger. Would eat again mmm. Also expected chef to add patty patty patty patty patty. Cheese cheese cheese cheese cheese but added patty cheese patty cheese patty cheese patty cheese patty cheese.. bacon mm. My most good compliments to the chef. Also robotic ordering machine broken. Receipt paper gone.

Pros:
Excellent airy and good outlet. Staffs are good. Clean and hygenic. Loved the seating. Parking space is good. Drive through facility is well managed. Tastes good when it is hot and you guys managed it well.

Cons:
Nothing.

Got a good deal so we drove there to get something to it. The burger is now smaller or feels smaller but still tastes good. In the end, we enjoyed the meal and will definitely go back when we get another chance. Will probably try to have dine in next time as the play area is a welcome section for our little one to enjoy.

Went there one morning about 5:15 just to gets some quick breakfast and a coffee, coffee was amazing and the food wasn’t slapped together like normal. Great morning shift 👍👌

Staff are lovely, cheerful and helpful. Also, I was heading out with a big maccas bag + drinks. A staff member noticed I was holding a lot, and offered to help me carry it to the car. Very considerate.

I live in ACT but have been to this Maccas a few times. The entrance kind of pops up out of nowhere - missed it the first time! So better signage would be great.
Wait time wasn't long, orders have been correct and no issues with the actual food 🍟🍔

Definitely the best service I have ever received from this place and it was from the young boy on the drive thru window taking orders. 13/10 for his customer service! So polite, friendly, calm & a busy worker helping out everywhere. Should definitely be proud of himself as I’ve never received service like that from any Maccas

I didn’t get his name, but there’s this guy who was mopping the floors of the dining area and he’s got a good personality and attitude. I came in with my Dad and he greeted us both and struck up a convo with us and it just felt good, like, you don’t get that in many other restaurants. Keep up the good work

My husband and I stopped in for breakfast this morning with our 4 kids at 10am Wednesday 6th April and were blown away by the amazing customer service by all, but especially the lovely lady Alison who went out of her way to help and make us all feel welcome. But also noticed it was like that with everyone who entered as well :) very impressed! Food was great and has been the best customer service experience we have ever had! Great job and keep it up

Impressed by the forward planning and efficiency of this store. We primarily accessed drive-thru and very rarely needed to wait for our orders. (Only if several vehicles ahead had complex orders during rush hour).
Staff were friendly and professional with the exception of one, who clearly NEVER wanted to be serving.
One of the best we've ever utilised. We would drive further just to access their service each time we required lunch runs..For months at a time this would be on a daily basis and they were well prepared to handle our repeat custom orders.
(unlike the closest one to us which would win the award for the worst store in Aus)

We really like going to Rouse Hill Shopping centre. It's clean, nice, lots of great shops and food places to eat. It's very safe and enjoyable for all families 👪 👍.

Was here for my lunch. When I stepped in to the store and to the machine, the staff member approached me and asked me whether I require assistance. Really thumbs up for their service!

Located just beside the petrol station! Convenient to catch a bite when refilling petrol to continue your trip!

New and it is clean and tidy, staff there is amazing and the quality of food is great surprisingly for a McDonald's. Chips perfectly seasoned, burgers cooked well and the drinks are surprisingly good compared to other McDonald's in the area. I would recommend going there over another maccas special because this maccas is relatively new in the area. Great seating and great environment it looks rich and the view is great looking at Richmond road. There's also a petrol station next to it which is convenient after a nice feed and continuing your trip. It also has quite a lot of police going there which is good for safety and to know you're in a area which is heavily secured by police during their breaks to go eat there.

Have come here three times with the mrs and the kids. First time, maybe a month ago my son threw up and not sure if from mcdonald’s or not. But staff was very lovely and a nice young lady came cleaned it up and was very polite about it, asked if son was okay and gave us nice wishes and hoped he got better. Customers were at best of her heart. Young asian girl maybe 14, no name badge. Same girl also served and packed my order. The next time I came was on a Saturday morning. Lovely managers were on, a tall brown haired lad and gorgeous blonde haired lady. nice quick brown haired white girl packed order. Third time was served on the machines didn’t like that very much, but lovely young lady in white tee helped with my order. White short hair. food was nice, store was clean and lovliest staff. Bigger boy in blue shirt making food and dark haired man in red shirt making food. Nicely done. Fries were a little cold but still nice. Beautiful lovely white girl making coffees. Is about half an hour away but worth the drive. Good on you Mcdonalds. Managers obviously care about customers, reflected through staff. Would recommend names but no tags for anyone.

WOWWOWOWOWOW THIS MACCAS WAS AMAZING honestly I got my food really fast and fresh. Plus for some reason I received extra sauces !! But the thing that made this experience especially special was that the person serving me gave me a quickie in the toilets. Just saying, once you go BLACK you NEVER go BACK.

Almost missed our fries but overall effective and efficient at their job.

Freshly made food and tasty.

Unfortunately, covid lockdown is bombarding staff with heaps of orders so expect a slight wait time.
