Holy Cross Primary School

Both my kids are from this beautiful school & I can say that the principal, vice principal, office staff & all the teachers are fantastic. They are always so welcoming, pleasant, empathetic & understanding towards each & everyone. They educate kids to be tomorrow’s leaders as well as emphasise a lot on their school agreements which I think is so important in this world. As far as I know, I’ve never had anything to worry about & if any, they were so prompt to respond back to me with a solution in a pleasant & respectful manner. Even with the pandemic, they were exceptional in articulating the daily work for our kids & made homeschooling & transitioning back to school so easy for us parents & they continue to do so by organising so many events, by which the kids are so happy all the time, which they really need, especially now in this pandemic. I’m so blessed to have my children in this school & as I always say ‘HOLY CROSS, YOU’RE A STAR 🌟’.

The facilities, learning opportunities and the community created and lead by the teachers has been a great, nurturing environment for my three children.
The extra initiatives and care taken to support the children through the last few years of covid upheaval have been wonderful. We’re grateful to have such a great school in our local community.

Holy Cross is very good Primary School. My daughter just is in Kindy this February and she is settled very well, absolutely this is from big help from teacher. I can feel the nice and friendly atmosphere in this school. Meanwhile, the teaching in this school is satisfied, from the 3rd week of Term1, Kindy started to teach Sight words. I asked my other friends whose kids in other schools, not started Sight words yet.

I'm graduating next year and this is a great school and it is a great way to learn. (I don't know if that really made sense but whatever) I am also going to St Marks College which is also a feeder school to Holy Cross Primary School Glenwood and also the teachers at Holy Cross Primary School Glenwood don't have favourite students which means they treat every student equally and treat everyone nicely. :)

My son Alex just finished Yr6.
From kindly to Yr6 he thoroughly enjoyed his time at Holy Cross.
He made great friends and was thought by great teachers.
He's ready for next chapter at St Marks.

My 2 kids used to go there. My elder one graduated from this school. Nice teachers. Specifically art teacher. As we moved far from Glenwood now my little one has to move from this school to another I am not happy with new school which is more expensive than Holy Cross. Good luck everybody.

The amount of good times I’ve had at this school are unlimited, I still have a while before graduating but this school is goated.

I graduated from this school in 2022 and to be honest I'd rate the 7 years that I spent here as a 3 and here's why.

The facilities in Holy cross are alright to work in but the best place is year 6.

I used to go to cocshc/ambrose in the morning and it sucked since the supervisors took so long to open the gate, the supervisors were a little rude and you didn't have much to do there.

In learning and academics they were ok but the work wasn't to hard and they kept repeating the same stuff every year which was super annoying

The play spaces were alright.

I have to say every staff member at holy cross was super nice to me and all of the teachers I've had over the years I thank them so much for helping me with my learning.

Overall the school was alright/ok according to me in my 7 years that I've spent at this school
