Dr. Nadia Khan is an excellent doctor. She is very kind, patient and detailed. She will patiently address all my questions and will take the time to explain further if I do not understand anything. Both in-person consultations and phone consultations with her has been extremely pleasant. Would recommend Dr. Khan

The receptionist was so lovely. She managed to squeeze us in when I had to see a GP for my daughter who had a fall, but didn’t require going to the ED. The GP was also kind enough to see my daughter without an appointment at the time. She took her time in explaining everything and providing the care needed promptly.

I always really thankful to Dr. Ravinder Singh. He is very polite and humble as well as very good counsellor. Always focused on very micro issues in detail to diagnose. He is the best GP around my Area and always recommend to my family and friends. And very good staff.

Everything is good about this practice. The staff is very friendly, the doctors are good. You even get the option of doing an appointment with the doctor over phone.

Excellent service I have recently transferred to the Ponds Family Medical Centre and seen Dr Chen who is very friendly and professional. Appointments are always on time and the practice provides many additional medical services on site that are not available at others.

Whilst most medical centres in the area seem to be going from bad to worse, this one has continued to improve. My blood tests there are always an efficient and pleasant experience. I usually see Dr Singh and he is always great. I recently met Dr Nadia Khan and she was amazing. Very smart and obviously interested in the well being of her patients. For a first time visit, she was very thorough in checking my medical history and asking relevant questions. Thank you Dr Khan!

I recently visited Dr Chen's clinic with my son, who was feeling unwell, and l must say the experience was outstanding. Dr Chen exhibited a level of professtionalism and patience that put us at ease right from the start. His knowledage and expertise were evident, and he took the time to listen to our concerns and throughly explain the diagnosis and treeatment plan.
I also want to knowledage the excptional service we recived from the front desk staff. They were courteous, efficient, and went out of the way to make sure we had a smooth check in process.
