I purchased the Barney queen bed with the assistance of Matt from the bedding department. He was amazing to deal with, excellent customer service & great at what he does! Really happy with my bed & with my experience here.

We went to Harvey Norman to buy a queen bed frame and mattress. We were served by Matt in the Bedding department, he was amazing! Matt was so nice and enthusiastic, he was smiling the entire time and making conversation too. We felt really taken care of as he helped us find what we needed so easily. Thankyou so much Matt!!

Back around May 2023, went in to buy a new fridge after mine decided it had its last day and did not want to work anymore. Andrew in electronics was a superb sales associate helping me get my product and giving me an awesome discount on it with also getting my old fridge taken out.
Beck further helped me by going above and beyond to ensure that I got my product earlier than what I would have. Super pleased with this amazing customer service and true care for the customer. Thank you so much Beck for getting me my fridge earlier.

If you need any help with picking a couch Ali has you covered. Ali has an extensive knowledge of all the products in the showroom and online. Ali was so helpful, patient and really took the time to assist my husband and I. Ali remembered us each time we came back or called with a question regarding the guardsman kit and how to use it. Ali was never forceful or pushy, simply a great person to deal with. Thanks for all your help Ali.

I cannot praise this store enough. Particularly Rebecca, Lisa and Tanya. What an amazing group of women who know how to look after you and genuinely care. I had a big project of kitchen, laundry and butlers pantry. They helped me every step of the way. I love these girls so much. They put up with my crazy during the renovation. Ended up getting everything from them. Why wouldn't I? It was easy, price point competitive and nothing was a problem. Thank you thank you so much.

I went into this store to purchase a new phone the other day and was very pleased with everything. Everyone I interacted with was lovely and I really have to give a shout out to Wathik. Wathik was friendly, he knew the answer to every question I had off the top of his head and I was confident I was getting the right information the first time. Overall Wathik was amazing, he made the process easy and quick to help me transition into using my new phone. I couldn't recommend a better person if you're in the market for a phone.

Recently got a canvass made up of an area in Scotland where my mothers ashes were spread and wanted to get it hung up before Christmas.

I attended twice to collect it because I didn’t have enough boot space; when he heard about my dilemma, he delivered the canvass using his own Ute and wouldn’t accept payment.

I can’t thank you enough, this gesture means a lot to me.

I went into the bedding department on boxing day thinking this is going to be annoying and take so long to pick a new mattress but I was so surprised and happy with the service from Ellie, she was sooooo helpfull and showed me each price range with no pressure to buy. Highly recommend Ellie 👌

Purchased a laptop in Jan 2024. Wathik was a great help and explained everything clearly for what was needed and which laptops would suit our needs best.

What a great experience was shopping at Harvey Norman McGraths. I made an inquiry on the phone and they price matched the product for me and when I got there everything was ready for me to collect my product. Staff at computer section were extremely patient with my questions and helped me with my purchase professionally.

Will forever go to this store for all my future home needs. Jeremy from the tech department was fantastic from the get-go with helping us buy a TV. He was so knowledgeable and so helpful and informative in showing us the differences and features we otherwise would have no clue about! We are super happy with what we picked. Then he helped us pick out an awesome sound bar! He went above and beyond for us, even helping us by running to the warehouse and helping us pack the tv after hours and even loaning us a Ute strap! 10/10 would recommend seeing him if you’re in the market for anything tech related! Shout out to Trent from the warehouse who also stayed late to make sure we went home that night with our goods! Greatest team! Also shout out to Elly in the bed department who helped us pick out a mattress and pillows! Super great experience at this store!

We bought a lovely lounge last August 2022.We had a problem with one of the support leg. Went to the shop spoke to Doris who immediately offered to come and repair it herself .
Very impressed about the level of customer service from Doris .She might be the Manager but she is down to earth person . Lovely personality and very knowledgeable.

Went in to buy just a mattress, however then my wife saw the bedroom suite. Our salesperson Noor was a real angel, knew her products and professionally answered any questions or concerns. Credit to Elvis too, for organising delivery and setup during the recent storms.
