Dr Mehra is always helpful and accommodating to us. My son likes him too. He listens to the problem and conducts physical examinations thoroughly. The receptionist is also approachable and accommodating, and follows up on our documentation needs such as medical certificates and clearance letters. Compared to other centres in the area that I went to, here I never had to wait too long for my appointment. Overall, I am satisfied with the care and service delivery of this centre.

Dr. Mehra is a very experienced doctor and good with kids. He makes time and effort to see our kids even when he’s fully booked of the day. Highly recommended.

Burdekin medical center is one of the best medical centers in Sydney. Dr. Vinay Mehra is our family doctor and we are very grateful to have access to his services. We will always remember the right advice he provided for a stressful and challenging health issue. Thankful that now even our new born son has access to this center for his growth and development.

We've been visiting this practise since we relocated to Western Sydney 2 years ago. Dr. Vinay Mehra is an excellent physician and we love the way he cares, listens to our symptoms and provides us with excellent diagnosis for quick recovery. Never had to visit his practise twice for same health concern. We recommended this Medical Center to a lot of our friends however off late Dr. Mehra has been so busy with existing patients (starting early and working late hours) that he is unable allocate time to any new patients. We are blessed to have been cared for by him as soon as we moved here. Kind, considerate and an amazing physician!!!

Dr.Mehra is very friendly with little ones and tries to put them at ease before he checks them. We never had any issue with his diagnosis and wait time is acceptable as you can pre-book your appointment.

He is very experienced and knowledgeable, his consults show that he genuinely cares about his patients, shows compassion and gives you reassurance that everything will be okay. His consults does not only give you best advice and treatment for a particular problem but also mental satisfaction and peace of mind. Dr Mehra is a thorough professional who was recommended by a friend . He has treated my husband illness with utmost professionalism, care and diligently . He is extremely empathetic, and very kind human being . Unfortunately the receptionists are not as great in my opinion but with guidance can display better customer service, accurate turn around and storing and filing of paperwork . most times its numerous calls to explain paperwork sent . Either the filing system is confusing or just miscommunication .Regardless the Dr himself requires a 5 star * and more . Thank you

Dr Vinay Mehra is very good and pays attention to minor details. He listens to your problem and does not jump to any conclusion.
