Has a very grand looking outlet with a decent size store but poor customer service. Educate your customers how to store alcohol if they do not have the experience but not by replying to them sarcastically. Ordered a carton of beer and was told there was no non-chilled stock. When requesting that preference was for a non-chilled carton and would be happy to come back at a later date after delivery of more stock, was informed by staff that they did not know when stock would be arriving and that they will just put aside the current stock until warmed up and then will notify me for collection. As this was for gifting, I did not want chilled cartons, not knowing if that would affect the quality.

My experience at Liquorland Schofields was extremely disappointing. Despite clearly waiting at the service desk for payment, the customer service attendant blatantly ignored me, prolonging my wait unnecessarily. Adding insult to injury, when he finally decided to acknowledge my presence, he proceeded to serve me while engrossed in a conversation on his mobile phone through airpods. This behavior was not only rude but also incredibly unprofessional. At times, I even mistook his phone conversation as attempts to engage with me, only to realize he was still preoccupied with his call. Overall, the lack of attention and disregard for customer service made for an unpleasant and frustrating experience. The name of the customer service agent was Ri****

Went there for my 18th birthday to purchase alcohol for the first time, with my grandmother. What was meant to be a happy milestone turned into me crying and walking out, first the cashier would hover around us till I picked something and when at the counter turned around and said he wouldn’t sell it to me even tho I was 18 as their “policy” is to sell it to me the day after…. Once he saw I was upset he followed up with “happy birthday though”. My gran then proceeded to try and buy it and he refused to sell it to her, the staff are rude and unprofessional if I could give them zero stars I would. Their policy is bull$h!t because I went somewhere else and they sold it to me so no you don’t have to wait the day after.

Extremely poor customer service, the staff needs to be educated with the policies. We looked up a Gin online and drove to Schofields store to purchase it. At the cash counter was asked to pay more then the online price from their own website. His excuse was it was an online deal to which he can’t justify as it doesn’t mention on their website. Eventually we had to order it online as click and collect to purchase it. Never again. BWS/Dan is far better than this poorly managed store.

Closed 15 mins early today!!! I was about to enter the store was paying at the Cole’s and it closed so early! Not fair at all I was planning to get a birthday gift

The staff asked a personal information, l denied answering, but felt yucky, never want to visit again

Seriously closing at 9 on a Saturday and 8 in the week? Are we living in the boondocks or what?
