I would rate this Pet Shop/Grooming/Vet/School 5 star. Too many pet paraphernalias to choose from, facilities are clean and well maintained, and most of all, staff are friendly.

Great customer service. I had just found out my senior feline has developed diabetes and needed specific diet changes. Their wonderful representative kept the needed food aside while I broke the sound barrier to get there, and then gave me good advice about repetitive ordering. The membership discounts are fantastic too!

Our experience at the place is extremely good. 5 stars is for the staff and their customer service. They go above and beyond to help out the customers. Was made feel very comfortable as I'm a new pet owner and had plenty of questions and they all were answered very patiently. I even booked my puppy's training school here. Puppy school rates are very competitive. They also sell a range of products for range of animals for example they jave quite a range of products for horses. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Lovely shop and service....we were able to purchase everything under one roof....happy customers.

I've been here for the vet, pet store and puppy school and have had positive experiences with all 3. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful and Karen is a great puppy trainer. Definitely recommend stopping by!

Awesome service we got a free diy dog wash 🐕 and amazing staff

Staff here are knowledgeable and caring. They arranged a quick check-up with a vet nurse for our beautiful boy and fit us in right away before they closed. The following day we had an appointment with a vet - they stayed open late just for us as we were deciding whether to undergo a procedure or put to sleep. Vet nurse even called to check up days later to see how we were going. Staff were so empathetic. We will be coming back again with our new fur baby.

Excellent place for pet services. Almost all the vets we have come across have been very friendly and helpful. Reception staff are also very supportive and so informative and knowledgeable. Our go to vet for our munchkin baby . This place will remain special for us more because from day one we have taken our munchkin here .

I went there for my dog’s dental appointment. Dr Kamila is lovely. She’s caring and understands my concerns. She’s always helping and looks after my dog. The procedure went really well and Dr Kamila’s knowledge and experience are highly regarded.

After the procedure, they called and followed up to make sure Max is doing well.. love their services and love the girls there. Will definitely come back for my regular routine check and others when needed.

Took my daughters husky there he loved it so did we. Has a variety of fish and cats and dogs accessories a vet and pet wash and groom facilities. Our husky didn't know what to choose for a snack.

I am new to Rouse Hill and had a vet appointment with Dr Jess last week, having never treated my cat before. She was genuinely interested in the health of my cat, very caring and gentle and the treatment/diagnosis appeared to have resolved my cat's issue. It was surprisingly affordable for the time/treatment recieved.

It's now been our second visit we have taken our dog to PETstock Rouse Hill for dog grooming. He still get's the vet shivers even though it's for a wash and trim he's still a bit uncomfortable, however with their pampering, treats and a trim it's happy days and a tail wag. The staff are friendly, and make you feel welcome. Lots of parking and are easy to deal with.

Great store and great staff, the guy at the store this arvo at 2.30 PM (sorry didn't get his name!) was just fantastic to deal with. Our Shelby - a 9 month Labradoodle - just loved the Dog wash at the store! Will be visiting again...

Staff here are very helpful. A good variety of snacks for dogs. We'll laid out and place was clean and tidy. Staff also gave advice for the best treats for my dog and toys
