Great gym with very helpful staff. Manager came and introduced himself and is always on point with good advice if you need a little help. Obviously very big on customer service.
The new fit out is great and has made the gym even more user friendly from beginner to advanced. A very friendly environment with members very respectful of others A really good gym all round.

Best gym and staff I’ve ever come across! Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. Gym is always tidy and it’s great to see staff following up with people to re rack their weights and use their towels as they should.

The staff at Arndell Park are so lovely and accommodating, they’re willingness to offering support and guidance definitely goes a long way. The team are great to chat too and are very friendly and welcoming.

Great Gym! I have been going to this gym for over 10 years, I have always felt welcomed by John and the team. I enjoy being able to go before work early hours and have always felt safe. The gym is always tidy and clean, I appreciate the strict rules to clean up after yourself (no brainer). It has a variety of great equipment that are all well maintained. Great Gym, Great Vibe, Great Team.

I've been a member of Plus Fitness Arndell Park for years now, and I can't say enough good things about this gym.

The staff are hecktic.

The staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and motivated, creating a positive vibe.

All the other members are legends, such a good crew of people down here.

One of the things I love most about this gym is the top-notch equipment they provide (especially the hack squat)

Everything is always clean and in working order.

Could be a little bigger but is adequate enough as its not too packed.

I have been a member of this gym for 1.5 years now, and I can honestly say it has been more than just a gym. There is such a great group of people that come here with a 0 judgement atmosphere, not to mention the help and support of the staff members they are always willing to help above an beyond to focus on you completing and reaching your goals.

The gym is a very welcoming and friendly space. It is clean and well equiped with machines and free weights. You are supported by knowledgeable staff and also fellow members who are friendly and welcoming. Good music playing. It is clean too. Highly recommend.

Moved from Blacktown back to the Blue mountains yet I travel to use this gym 5 nights a week, probably the best gym I've been to in regards to everyone following the rules and most importantly putting there weights back

Been going to the gym since it opened, friendly staff, great atmosphere, have had no problems in using the equipment. Thr trainer John Rye is great to be trained by with helpful tips to improve

Started doing RyeFit lessons there with John and it’s been awesome!! The gym is great to use on its own as well. Lots of things to use and do.

A really great gym with a community feel, and also with great staff. Have been coming here for years without any issues with the gym or staff. Staff are always willing to help if you have questions and do their bit to ensure the gym remains a clean and tidy place to work out in.

Place has gone to the next level since renovations. I have moved away, but still go out of my way to attend this gym as the staff are friendly and the gym is always kept clean. Never had a problem with waiting for machines, even in peak hour. Added bonus is the clientele is easy on the eyes

I have only recently signed up here, and I have only positives to say about my experience. John runs great PT and bootcamp sessions and all staff are very helpful. Gym is always clean with sanitising stations at the ready. Cheers 🍻

Great place to start working out today, it has a diverse group of people. I absolutely love training here. Started here last year with the goal of loosing weight, but I have slowly changed working out to become apart of my lifestyle and I am definitely healthy because of it. I’ve also made some life long friends that I train with weekly. Catch me here most days @6:30pm

Great gym even better now with all the renovations, great space, awesome staff, Over the few years of being part of this gym (had to stop cause got bubba on the way) it was always an awesome pt session with John he will motivate you and push you harder through each session. He has worked hard and has been benefited by becoming the manager, you couldn’t ask for a better manager whom is highly recommended as a pt trainer and remains professional throughout he’s job. My hubby loves the pt sessions with John he benefits from them and hopes to start them up again in the new year.

My favourite local gym! Awesome staff and great range of machines.
