City Chic

I had a wonderful experience shopping today at City Chic Blacktown. I was served by Jenny and she could not have been any more helpful, professional and such a wonderful sales person. Not only did I walk out of there so happy with a lovely dress but also two bra's which one was half price. I am over the moon with the service. It sometime feels terrible to shop for an outfit when you are a + size person but my experience today was all smiles and I was very comfortable - Thank you so very much Jenny

Today will be a day I'll never forget. I walked into this store thinking I'll probably get something or try something and walk out, but that didn't happen.
Both ladies at this store made me feel like i was on top of the world. I felt sexy again.
I love my new clothes and certainly looking forward to coming back and buying more too. I was actually looking for something to wear at a wedding, but these ladies just made you feel welcome, noticed, and sexy! And yes i found what i was after!
I left with a big smile.

I was having issues with my membership - tried calling and emailing customer care ni results went inti the store and spoke to the Store manager helped me without any questions and got it all fixed.

Whilst I was there I went to try on some clothes a tram member greeted me straight away and assisted me with my needs. Thank you Kimberly.

Absolutely amazing service! Very LGBT/trans friendly place – Angela helped me with my first bra fitting, very welcoming and patient for someone like me who has no idea what she's looking for. Would shop here again, hands down.

Great shopping experience, girls are lovely and friendly, lots of items to choose from. Carpark is a bit of a nightmare but that's not CC's problem. Great experience, staff are not pushy at all, staff ask a lot of questions to make sure they're showing you items that you will/might be interested in trying on and buying.

Excellent customer service. Went in dreading trying on clothes that would look horrible on me. Walked out feeling great and comfortable in my skin with my new set of clothes. Many thanks to the staff, rare to find staff that actually care about you these days.
