Domino's Pizza Rouse Hill

The last two times we've ordered takeaway from the Rouse Hill Domino's, our orders have been perfect, arriving quickly and steaming hot - just absolute 10/10s. The gents who delivered were also very polite.

We had actually stopped ordering from this Domino's for a while as we had a couple of subpar experiences (nothing bad, just not great) but it's clear they have since improved and we are happy to continue ordering from them regularly ! Thank you !

Delivered everything tonight, however we had a missing additional garlic bread & just told the driver it’s Algood & he was very apologetic & offered to either send out a refund or deliver it however I wasn’t too concerned and we got another knock on the door with a deliver for our addition garlic bread. Props to the guys coming out and correcting the order. Loved the food but loved the contribution into customer service. Thanks guys.

I think I got the right location but just for reference; Uber eats order, order 126. We just wanted to thank the lovely guy who made the delivery to us for wishing us a quick recovery and being so kind and understanding with the situation! We appreciate his understanding with us being unwell and unable to pick up the order from him directly.

I go to this Dominos often but the manager working Friday 17 Nov was simply amazing. So good with her coworkers and gave us a complimentary garlic bread because of the wait, which I didn’t mind too much anyways! An oven failure is not on them. Wish I asked her name to give her proper credit.

I had a wonderful experience at Domino's Pizza Rousehill recently, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the manager. I visited the store recently to book an order for my son’s birthday party, and the manager went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect pizzas for kids. Her personalized attention and recommendations made the ordering process smooth and enjoyable.

What stood out even more was the manager's consideration for our budget. They offered an economic solution that didn't compromise on taste or quality, which I truly appreciated. It's rare to find a place where the staff genuinely care about their customers' needs.

The pizzas themselves were delicious, with the right balance of toppings and a perfectly cooked crust. The kids were thrilled with their meal!!!

I can't thank the manager and the team at Domino's enough for their outstanding service and delicious food. It's clear that they prioritize customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to make each visit memorable.

Last night I ordered from this dominos. About 5 or so minutes later I get a call from them, a very polite young lady (I hate I didn’t get the name) letting me know they have 1 driver and it will be about an hour before they can get to me.
I decided to wait but then changed my mind so I called back and the same lady picked up. I asked if I could pick my pizza up instead so I can atleast help them out.
I can imagine calling all those hungry impatient customers at her age.
Yet she was so polite and so sweet I needed to say something.
When I got there my pizza was ready and they were so nice as to also throw in an extra garlic bread.

I’m leaving this review almost as an appreciation post to that young staff member and her cook who was also female and also young. both running a dominos on a busy night.
I hope somehow she can see this and feel appreciated.

I’ve been regular here for years due to how diligent and pleasant the staff are. The quality of food is only an added bonus. Staff here are also always willing to rectify any errors no matter how busy the store is. Kudos to shaleen and the team.

Made my pizza very fast and they go heavy on the toppings. Nom Nom!

Good service...not much to expand upon except that its a standard domino pizza shop

Talk to the lady who owns the shop often, nice down to earth lady who is trying to run her business

There has been issues in the past but were handled well

I have no problems when issues arise in a business, it is how they are resolved that makes a difference and so far so good

I can recommend but the shop it is in a weird position at the back of a service station

From my own personal experience, i have noticed they get alot of abuse because of unrealistic expectations by customers

My advice is give them a go and enjoy their product for what it is ie a pizza

Always friendly service and orders have been good without any issues. Does get busy during peak periods, but that's expected. No hesitation at all ordering from this Domino's outlet.

They Provided me with an awesome deal and very timely delivery. The taste was excellent.

bruh it’s domino’s it’s fine, people rlly complaining about cold pizza like just heat it up and eat it. the workers need cattle prods to deal with nonce customers like the one i saw recently, cause that abuse isnt worth minimum wage.

Sometimes they make mistakes, (we all do, don't we?) but they try to provide good service and compensate when they can. I hope Domino's Rouse Hill continue to improve to be great. good pizza and service :)

Ordered 35 mins before closing and was expecting the order to get cancelled. The pizza was delivered within 20 mins, hot and fresh. Thank you for not letting me starve :)

Amazing service, very kind lady who gave me a good pizza with incredible timing.

Normal dominos pizza, but what really stands out is the customer service. You get greeted as soon as you get trough the door (I was a first time customer not a regular) and they just treat you really well overall.
Even when they didn't have the cheesier garlic bread, that I ordered online, they gave me a garlic cheese pizza instead and still apologized multiple times.

Pizzas were delightful. Friendly staff at front and had no problem with waiting for my food , the cutter was even able to take my request of cutting the pizzas with a clean knife as I cannot eat other meats. Excellent night meal !
