McDonald's Plumpton

The driveway to get into the drive thru can be a bit annoying, but other then that had a great drive thru experience.

this is the best food i had and put in mouth dont listen do the other people dont know anything, i have being going for almost 10 years everthing is perfit and suoer delicous and good but the serivce is very bad and the playing area is very dirty ;)

when i went to plumpton mcdonald’s, i received absolutely amazing service from a worker named steph. she made sure my food was correct as i have a lot of specifics with my kids meals and she was just all around amazing. she didn’t even park me in the waiting bay like most mcdonald’s workers do. i don’t know if she was a manger or just crew but she definitely needs to be promoted. 😊

Alex was really nice to me and helped me with getting around the space as it was harder for me as a blind person she assured me with getting to a table and ordering she is a very nice person

If you want to experience a real Macca's then you have to come to Plumpton McDonalds where Macca's still feels and tastes like the Macca's we all remember and love.

Lovely clean place. Staff courteous. Freshly cooked food. I will definitely take my grandchildren there. The seating is comfortable & caters for most individuals.
A friend who had a stroke appreciated that he could sit on a comfortable chair rather than jam himself behind a table to eat. Yep I give it a 5!!!

It was very good how they back it chips in one bag place it upright so it won't spill. And burger in one bag. And only missed one straw, we had 3 Cup of Cold drink Cokes, but had 2straw instead of 3. Just little mistake. Everything well backed and bag. Thankyou.

For the first time in over 12 months the store was tidy ! Also the food was very good.

Great service and trustworthy. The best place to go to after work especially those who finish work in the AM. If only the dinner boxes can be served a little after 4am due to people finishing work early morning and those who works two jobs and haven't eaten dinner. Keep it up and don't let us down!

Five stars for false advertising!!! 24/7 sign should be removed. Attempt to purchase through drive thru around 4.30am...apparently the lights are on but staff advised they can't take orders at this time. False advertising!!!!!

This McDonald's is conveniently located on the Plumpton MarketPlace complex. It's drive thru is usually quite fast, and the food is always hot and tasty. The team inside are a group of the most rowdy teen-agers you've ever seen, but they get the job done and serve you a generous soft serve. Indoor seating is comfy and abundant. Come here for munchies or bring your long-term partner, and indulge in the guilty pleasures of burgers and fries.

I went through the drive through , it was very fast service, I did not have to wait in the waiting bay , the food was hot & fresh & the staff were absolutely lovely .

Outstanding serivce tonight at Plumpton Store, drive through staff were wonderful and friendly, didn't wait to long in the waiting bay and the standard of our order was also outstanding. Thank you for making a busy week easy on a Friday night. Congrats to your staff.

The Manager Erinn was extremely helpful with my condition. As a young person with severe back pain, Erinn saw I was in pain reaching for my walking stick and immediately jumped into assistance and collected my walking stick for me. This simple and respectful gesture is the reason why I enjoy McDonald's over any fast food chain. The food was delicious too. Fantastic work Plumpton McDonald's and to Erinn too.

Beautiful staff members, none of them are ‘rude teenage staff’. Restaurant has been relatively improved with the new design and table deliveries come out extremely fast and customer service on Kiosk was great. Best maccas in the entire western sydney district. shoutout to the lady eunice who served us!
