I would like to personally thank Danah for her kind and understanding nature when it came to the device problems I was having. Walked out of the store with a brand new phone and complete satisfaction. 10/10

I usually don't give 5 stars for organisations but I have to on this occasion, as the awesome asian lady on the left (sorry i forgot your name) who I dealt with was so helpful and really on point with all her information.

I had lots of questions about all things Vodafone, plans, phones and some randoms of course.

Jenny was an fantastic listener and always had the next question or anwser ready to go for all my askings.

I felt very good about our chat and would return here on her knowledge alone and stunning customer service. If i was Vodafone I would give her employee of the month.

Jasmine was very helpful to get rid of a tablet plan, that was way to expensive that the Vodafone store at Seven Hills sold me without trying to save me any money. So i was very happy with the Plumpton Store they saved me money and this made my day.

Diksha your the best, did everything possible to sort out our internet and reduce our costs for all the services we have with Vodafone. She was awesomeamazable and helped with everything (employee of the month material).

Always went to Vodafone Mt Druitt, and. Ant reslove my problem. But Plumpton store is more knowledgeable and were able to resolved all my issues. Now i will only go to Plumpton store.

Ramez and Kenneth have gone above and beyond for me, time and time again. Every time I have come in with an issue, they have worked hard to help me resolve the problem - thinking outside the box and trying everything they can to make me happy. They are always good company with a kind demeanor, they almost make me forget I am frustrated with an issue to begin with. When I need anything to do with my phone, these are the guys I trust, couldn't recommend these guys highly enough.

Kenneth was amazing and super helpful. He was able to get everything sorted for me on Anzac day. He definitely needs a raise for all the hard work.

I have been with Vodafone for 3 years and have had nothing but bad experiences in stores and on the phone
That was until I happened to walk into the plumpton Vodafone store and I was served by Ramez. Since then I have dealt with only Ramez three seperate times and I will only ever deal with him as he was exceptional very knowledgeable very courteous and so helpful. I am very satisfied with his people skills and also his co worker Kenneth who helped my partner from seeing him interact and being very helpful also.
