Walked in to buy a pair of drum sticks and the owner dropped everything to talk shop with me. Exceptional musical knowledge and superb customer service. I walked out with a full suite of drum sticks and a drum bag. What a great local business!

I bought my Takamine acoustic guitar in for set up and Dave not only did an amazing job with it but was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend him.

The shop is run by a man with a very big passion of music, he gives good insight and is very helpful to his customers. I got my acoustic guitar there and I was too nervous to play it so he gave a demonstration of it himself.

I’ve only met Dave a couple times with my son. And only went in to buy some small items ,while my son was playing one of his guitars he had fixed up. Dave said he was waiting for the right kid for this guitar and my son was it. My son was in tears. So will def be back many more times in the future. He made this kids year. Walked in off the street, never been in the shop before. Dave greeted me and treated me like he’d known me for years. Dropped what he was doing and did a service and setup on my Maton. Nothing was a problem for Dave. Fixed my action, new strings and service while I waited. Great service, great price. Looking forward to doing more business with Dave.

Nice tidy little shop with all the essentials. I had him service an old bass I'd just picked up.
A good clean, new strings, action and intonation adjustments later and it plays brilliantly.

What a find! David was recommended to me by some good friends. I just found out why. Had a set up done on my P bass and couldn't be happier with the results. Customer service is unreal and David is genuinely happy to help . Well worth the trip from Penrith.
So in turn I highly recommend this little gem of a music store to anyone who may be reading my humble opinion.

I needed to upgrade our daugthers digital piano and our tutor recommended a few shops to visit. OCM was one of them.

I called to inquire about the model we wanted and he had them in stock in his warehouse. Within a few hours, Dave arranged for the piano to be in store and he offered an amazing price which was considerably cheaper than other stores.

Upon pick up, I was greeted by Dave who was super friendly and very knowledgable about the instrument.

It was a great shopping experience and I can thoroughly recommend this shop for all your music needs!

Onto this the service provide to schools is second to none. Repair times are quick, reliable and priced well.

I took my guitar to another shop to get serviced and they botched it, but David was able to fix it up in less than an hour compared to the last place which took 2 weeks.
