shopped again today at the Birkenhead store & apart from the as always well priced quality footwear that we purchased, we experienced good service all round capped off by the patient attentive & friendly Keenan at the counter

Great to stop in once a month to buy a pair of top line shoes for cheap

Firstly special mention to Zach at the counter who was patient enough to see me through in finally opening my Nike App account. He deserves a pay rise

also the discount on the back wall is all true plus an additional 10% for being a Nike member. the Nike Air Max came down to $50! awesome 😎

A great experience to be helped by Nate who was so knowledgeable, courteous and patient with me. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he made sure I got what I needed. Thanks Nate - I will be back!

Nike outlet at Birkenheadpoint have really good collection for men's and women's shoes and apparels. I always head straight to the back as they usually have all the clearance items right at the back on display. Unlike other stores here, you might be able to find your right size for clearance items too, even if it's not on display.

Awesome service, they also had a special Sunday special running, an extra 30% off until 11:15am. I just made it and managed to get my original planned purchase of Metcon 2's + 2 dri-fit shirts and some shorts for the original amount I was going to spend on shoes. So happy with my box of goodies, will come back for sure!

Great shop, spacious and neat, always a lot of choices there with the decent price. Have to mention that sometimes it’s a bit crowded but that only tells how popular it is.

Helpful staff found great 2015-2018 runners in my size at great price. Even got Nike running and standard fitness shirts and coats etc. all great price at sale time. They even helped explain all the shoe jargon. The whole shopping centre had a sale so went to puma cola adidas etc and upgrades all my casual gear.

Visited today & had the most amazing service from Jordan. He was so polite & attentive! I couldn’t decide what to buy & he was patient with me & answered my many questions. Katie the store manager was so lovely as well. With these 2 great employees working here, I will definitely be back. Thank you Jordan & Katie for your wonderful service:)

Friendly staff with a decent range of products. While they didn't have the exact item I was looking for they were more than happy to help me find what I was looking for, and I also ended up making a purchase while there. Thumbs up.

Great prices, sometimes you see this discounted further so it's a nice surprise at the register. However, if the product has already been marked down further by a ticket on the item, then the store might sell more and quicker/consumers choices might be easily made when it comes to purchases and what is in their price range. This store is usually clean sometimes during a busy day hard to get service.

They've really improved the quality of stores on offer and the setting is really nice. Parking can be a challenge on weekends. Food court could be bigger but there are several good cafes in the centre.

Good place to get a pair of new shoes (older styles) for cheaper. There’s always quite a long line to get in but they have good sales, particularly for Boxing Day and other sale periods. The staff have generally been friendly, and there’s a lot of different stock (both shoes and clothes) to choose from.
