McDonald's Arndell Park

Despite the rush of the Good Friday night, manager Nick helped us out with our weird uber delivery. Thanks Nick for hearing us out and being very approachable. Thank you.

I had a really bad online order using menu log so called up and honestly the manager i was talking she was so lovely and wanted to help right away, when i arrived to fix my issues all staff were wonderful even though i wasnt the happiest after the disaster with menu log
But had to come here and thank the manager on tonight young lady was wonderful and knows what customer service is.

Young girl ( Diane ) in the barister area - McCafe / who served me was extremely polite and happy. ☺ I asked for a hot beverage - tea which she gave me options and I chose peppermint with full cream milk and honey. I ended getting 2 for my son and I before ordering a filling meal of 10 eggs ( poached ) = $1 each with a salad bowl / garden salad with chicken pieces ( grilled ) and garlic / aioli sauce but it tastes just like ranch which is what I originally requested. Lol 😜 LOVE MACCAS 💜

About as good as any other branch. The toilet is clean and the staff are friendly. Can't ask for much more

Very comfy seating, great kids play area, smiling snappy service, efficient drive through, Maccas full menu & pricing, what more could you want? The only trick is that you cannot drive into their driveway coming from the west. You have to go around the roundabout and come back just a bit tricky in traffic.

One of the best, you can have what you want, food, sweets icecreams and much more.
The service is good, and the quality is good..
It's busy, many people were there.
There is a good car parking available...
You can eat in, take away, also drive through...

Our always go-to Maccas after every late-night tennis game. Pretty safe location and good service.

Dependably efficient at this well-equipped Macca's. On my most recent visit, they couldn't supply an item I ordered but offered to replace it with something of greater value. I appreciate the customer focus.

Coffee is always great @ Arndell Park. Plz train Brock at Westpoint, Blacktown as coffee is just warm plus no syrup ever even after paying for it. Thx Arndell Pk.

It’s obvious this store is very popular and always busy because of its location right off the highway. People expect to be served 5 star food when they add themselves to the drive thru pile up.. the staff are always trying their best and are only human, majority of them are kids. Be nicer to them, imagine it was your kid getting abused at work.. Ive had girls in the drive through crying trying to serve me, it’s ridiculous. Good job guys you’re doing great.

Friendly and clean most of the time.
Still seems to be times where drive thru gets priority and appears like walk inside wait for ages and ages compared to the cars
