Woolworths Prospect

A massive thank you to Sven in the Deli/Meat area who went above & beyond for me last night 04/01/24. I just relocated to the Prospect area and I didn't realise I had missed the time when all Meat were packed away before closing time. I was after 5kg of Chicken Breast and he retrieved the meat for me with a Smile which I ended up requesting for 7kgs in the end. He was very patient with me and gave such an awesome customer service even though I turned up late and he could've easily turned me away. You find very little service as such from previous visits to other Woolies sites which I understood and try and stay within the closing time beforehand. I appreciate the package Meat on the shelves but I find the Meat service over the counter better when I want a specific quantity and love talking to the staff who serves me. Thank you Sven, such a great character, made my first visit a great one 👍 and lastly to the other tall Deli worker who helped me locate the Tray of Lasagnes at the end of my shopping experience thank you so much, with a full trolley going back & forth I was becoming abit stressed and he helped me locate it, now I know where to retrieve.
Loved my first experience, left the store with $400 worth of groceries due to first encounter great service.

Don't shop at this store often and had a bit of trouble finding what I needed. Result? Friendly helpful staff who were happy to point me in right direction. Pleasant shopping experience

Sven is the best staff! He found my lost car key which was accidentally left in the basket. He almost saved my life! Thank you Sven!

Always a peaceful and enjoyable shopping experience at this Woolworths. Always very clean and fully stocked. I mainly shop on a Tuesday every week, coming down from the Central Coast to shop for my sick Uncle. Have to say that 'Andy' is my favourite employee. He is very professional, helpful, friendly and always makes me smile which really makes a huge difference to my shopping experience, specially under my current circumstances. He has worked there for many years and is always the same happy person. Keep on being you 'Andy' and never change, you're a breath of fresh air in these crazy times.

I only give 5 stars due to one of your workers treated me like a person he was very helpful showing me where the items were and even gave me a push in my wheelchair to the products his name was Andy, Now I can tell you you need Andy to train some of your staff to have manners and respect This gentleman needs a raise!! When my carer visited your store he told me Andy was at the checkouts and he was a delight and has a beautiful smile and great customer service I guess you get alot of complaints so I want to put in one of praised as it was earned on both occasions look forward to future shops and thankyou Andy for making our shopping experience a good one.

The staff are so helpful and friendly. So is convenient location.

Clean well lit fast in and out

Wonderful service from Tracey in the bakery section. We often go there on a Sunday for a cake that is a family favourite.Even when it's not there , she whips one up for us and it always looks and taste amazing. Thankyou so much, we really appreciate the service.

Nancy at Self Service Checkout taught me something very important that I didn’t know. She’s very informative, friendly and very knowledgeable. Thanks for your help Nancy… Hope to meet more people like you. 😊👍

Just wanted to say thanks to the bakery team especially Sam. They are so helpful and knowledgeable, I just have a good experience every time I'm there. And the bakery section looks so much better than the rest of the store. Thank you Sam (I think) and the rest of the bakery team.

Shop here often, although great place to shop. One lady is always looking over your shoulder every time you go to self checkout making you feel very uncomfortable while scanning your items. Who knows the reason why, maybe high level of theft but still makes you feel very uncomfortable.

Good to pick-up a small shop but limited parking.

Ample parking available and good location for return and earn scheme for can and bottle deposit. Massive and spacious store with all variety and choices of brand available. Nice and friendly staff as well. Very neat and clean store with fresh food options and organic veges and fruits as well

This is definitely my preference of woolies in the area, they have a wide range of things that you can't get at others nearby. Also the staff are awesome and quite helpful, Karen at the self serve check out was lovely and helped myself and others super fast and all with a smile! Same with Dil, such a great guy, helped me out heaps too and very friendly service! I didn't catch the name of the lady unloading meat in the back, but she also went out of her way to help me get some steaks I was after. The staff definitely make this store! :)

Giving this woolies a 5 star considering that there is a pandemic going the staff are really busy and when I arrive there to collect my order 5pm - 6pm had to wait but the ladies were awesome and was working hard and saw that a woolies franchise that their workers really helped each other out and delivered the groceries to their customers quickly and swiftly without any panic thanks to ladies and gents that work there keep up the awesome and tremendous work uz are giving to locals around the area especially the to ladies that worked so hard tonight 👍

Very quick access to shop from carpark (ie it's not at the back of an arcade full of random little shops that I have no interest in)
Check out staff were helpful.
