Hungry Jack's Burgers Blacktown

Whopper was great and also the cuppacino. Did not wait too long for to pick up my meal. Other times you are in a long queue and takes longer. Staff serving were friendly. Some times you wait longer due to staffing shortages. Wherever you gou there are queues. My opinion about experience

This girl named acacia has great service I see her little ranga head sticking out she peeps her little head out she’s the best worker there’s lll even better then the big mama boy

The French fries here are the best

Burgers are certainly better but I don't know why it is a big deal for them to convert a Vegan whooper to Veggie burger, the lady was so reluctant.

Last Thursday (4 Nov 21), I witnessed one customer who appeared to have challenges in language struggling to explain what he needed. He was received with kindness and care by one female staff who patiently supported him throughout his order-taking. She didn't rush him but was consistently calm and respectful. What a beautiful person, and what beautiful act of humanity.

The lovely manager Victoria served us with a smile. She's a great example on how customer service should be. Taking ownership of situations and resolving them. She mentioned re Senior discount 😄 despite the fact that we weren't. Beautiful girl.

Ordered a couple of meals before they closed for the day and the food was nothing short of exceptional. The staff and management should be applauded with how efficient and delicious the food came out. Well done!!

I love hungry jacks burgers and I want to do special thank to manseerat for such a great service.

I was able to make my order through the app and got my meal promptly even though it was crowded. Luckily I had take away because in the evening you can't get a seat due to so many people.

I tried using the voucher that can be found in hungry jack's online app. I bought 2 whopper for just 8.40aud! And its worth my money i love their burgers.. the place is OK because it is located at Westpoint Blacktown foodcourt. Will definitely come back.

Friendly service and a tasty, cost-effective menu. We enjoyed a toastie breakfast with hot chocolate. Plenty of seating available first thing in the morning.
