This needs more than 5 stars. From the moment you book, they are attentive, responsive and caring. I hired the booth for my 40th and I couldn't be more happier as I will remove this memory over again!

I spoke with Neil throughout the entire booking process and exchanging emails. No matter what questions I asked, they were answered within 24 hours. Ryan set the booth up for me and made sure everything was perfect.

The service is incredible and worth every penny. Hire their equipment and you won't be disappointed. The prices are very competitive!

We hired a mirror booth for our wedding 2 weeks ago. Everyone absolutely loved it! It was so easy to use and photos are printed straight away. Neil was very helpful, professional and highly responsive.

Neil and his team where so amazing setting up both photo booth and slushies machines for my daughters teenage birthday party. Their advice before hand and efficiency on the day made sure my daughter and myself had the best experience!!!

Had a very poor experience, and would NOT recommend this vendor to anyone. Poor service, and difficult to deal with and unethical.
The full story - hired a mirror photobooth for our wedding, was unclear with delivery details and the fact that the booth was unmanned. Paid an extra $150 for redelivery. Then when event started, the photobooth was unable to print any photos. After this, the photobooth had a system issue which prevented photos from being taken at all (see photo). Called for Ryan for assistance, was told some rough instructions to fix this remotely (attitude was really poor over the phone). This didn’t work, so was left $800 out of pocket, and had some very disappointed guests :(
When I followed up with Ryan and team the day after our event, heard nothing back. Followed up again just to receive soft copies of the 5-10 photos which were taken… and have been ignored. Didn’t even get the basic service that I paid for. Truly unethical.
I don’t think this is a sustainable business model… @Everyone - find another vendor, don’t get scammed, like me :)

Hired a soft ice machine from them last September. Machine had a faulty power plug and was not tagged. We ended up fixing it ourselves last minute, right before the customers arrived. Very stressful. I emailed the company about this bad experience but they never got back to me. Not impressed at all !!!
