Dr David Roper is the absolute best! He has been our family GP for 20 + years. We would be absolutely lost without him. His expertise and prompt, genuine care is second to none.
We are very blessed and thankful that Dr David Roper is our family GP.

We have visited Dr Aida as a family on a number of occasions. We have always had a great experience.Dr Aida helped me a lot in improving my ongoing health issues.I am really grateful to her who is really efficient, hard-working and extremely helpful towards my journey. She is empathetic and knowledgeable. Dr Aida always listens and takes account of my feedback.

This practice gets a bad rap, but I'd be lost without it. The GPs I've seen in the past couple years are nice and doing their best in a bad governmental situation. The wait times are standard if you don't book an appointment. Stop complaining and wear a mask in the waiting room - after the last few years, the general public should know better!

I really enjoyed my appointment with Dr Heise. He has great attention to detail and an enthusiastic attitude. I feel comfortable and confident to have him as my new Doctor with his overall knowledge and long experience. The receptionist lady was lovely and the atmosphere was welcoming.

I have been attending this surgery for around two years now and have been impressed with the level of care at every visit. There can be long waiting times if you want a walk-in consultation, so it is a good idea to go early before the waiting room fills up. At each visit I felt the doctors listened and treated me with respect and compassion. I saw that there have been a few negative reviews on here, so wanted to share my positive experience.

We’ve been going to this clinic for 12 years.
We’ve moved suburbs but continue to go here. We see the same doctors as we’ve seen a few of them & really connect with only one so we see her & she knows our entire family of 4. We call for prescriptions now since Covid & the doctor has been accommodating. We have had severe illnesses & continue to have them & the GP has been so good.
The receptionists are friendly & we don’t wait long nowadays though in the past we have had to wait for over 2 hours.

Dr Aida Naderi is the best and the most caring doctor. She is kind, caring, professional, knowledgeable and interested in your health. She is very easy to talk to and goes out of her way to help patients. Thanks and all the best.

Dr Ghannoum is an amazing Doctor who is kind and dedicated to all his patients. The reception and nursing staff are outstanding and they are always friendly and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism at this centre. The great thing about walk-in appointments is that the reception staff will tell you a time so I am able to get some shopping done as well. Overall experience is 10/10.

I have been going here and seeing the doctors for 5+ years. Reception and support team are friendly and always advise on the waiting time.
Yes you do have to wait. But it's FREE so to all those who are going on about it's a long wait. Well it's bulk billed and free. Call before you go in so you don't get turned away. And the reason they turn people away after 5:30 is because there are more patients than Drs available so close to closing time and by the time they get to you, it will be past 7. Call before you go and ask when would be the best time to come by especially if you have kids under 5. I'll still be going and not changing anytime soon. Keep up the good work!

The doctors are very thorough, and the receptionists are very friendly. If my regular doctor is not there on the days I attend, I always find other doctors who help sorting out all my health issues. They bulk bill patients unless you make a booking in advance. The great thing is you can put your name down, and go for a bit of shopping if the waiting time is long.

My partner and I have been going to this Medical Centre for over a year now and the service is exceptional. The doctors are amazing and really tried to understand our circumstances properly. Like other reviewers have said, it is bulk billed and free, thus the waiting times can be long. This is not an issue since the service provided does cancel it out!

I don't know why their google rate is so low but I love this medical center. The location is very convenient. you can park in the shopping center near big w section and there is hallway to the medical center on L1.
I tried multiple GPs here and Dr Yan Ren is my favorite. She is so professional and kind. She did my annual checkup and I was so sattisfied with the results. took blood test twice in this center, both were so easy and you won't wait too much if you go early morning. Also they do telephone appointment for exsiting patients which is a plus.

One of the best clinic ever. they have this app called easy visit which you can use to book an appointment for their available GP. The best part is the pathology lab is in in-house. As a student, with my insurance of course covering all the expenses (CBHS) it was really convenient and hassle free.

Welcoming and informative reception staff. They always do their best to estimate your waiting time. Of course some waiting is expected. I just love to sit and read while I wait.
I have had longer waits with private medical practices even with an appointment.

The best medical centre in the area that is bulk-billing and open on weekends. The doctors and staff are friendly and professional and I've always had great service. Be prepared to wait if you just walk in - like many medical centres, everyone wants free healthcare and of course this can lead to long waits, especially for the popular doctors. Free healthcare comes with a cost - your time! The option to book a privately charged appointment for those who can't wait is also great. They have pathology on site which is handy. If you want to visit after hours, I suggest you call first and make sure they still have doctors available and are taking patients. Don't complain if you don't understand how the healthcare system works! We need centres like this to stay open and offer free services for people who can't necessarily afford to pay.

I have had great experiences with Dr Geoffrey Heise,he is an brilliant doctor who is very kind and very very helpful with my complex issue.He has great attention to detail and very professional.I do highly recommend seeing him and very confident to have him as my new doctor.

Fantastic medical centre! Sometimes the wait time can be quite long but it is also one of the few medical centres that bulk bills and opens long hours and even on public holidays. It's located in the shopping centre so it's convenient to do my shopping and grab some lunch while waiting. The staff are wonderful and try their best to help and the doctors are patient and provide quality service!! I'm really happy with this medical service :)

This medical centre is fantastic. I have been seeing the doctors here for years and they are the only ones that I would trust to see my children. Generally the wait is not very long, but sometimes it can be stretched out as they take emergencies and they are open when many of the centres in the area are closed. Highly recommend.

I have had the pleasure of being helped with some anxiety issues by Dr Yan Yen. She was very professional and helpful. Dr Ren was kind and genuine. Which totally put me at ease. I would highly recommend the Macquarie Medical Centre services. I have been treated well by all I have encountered there. A great service, provided by a prompt and efficient staff.
