The clinic itself is lovely, professional, friendly and efficient however the doctor I saw on this occasion were disappointing (understatement). I can see why the past reviews have been posted - they weren't exaggerating. As a 45yr old healthy woman, I have little need to take up a doctor's time these days, but when I do need medical attention - medical attention is needed.
Would recommend researching the actual doctor you will be visiting prior to an appointment to save yourself any grief.

Dr Al tamini is useless as a doctor bedside manner of a brick wall clearly doesn't listen when you tell him anything. Maybe should be in different profession where he does not interact with people. I will NOT be back to this drs practice rather wait 4 hrs at the hospital at least they listen and do their job. I mean i dont like saying this but your rating is deserved. Maybe empathy training for your doctors too.

Very bad experience with Dr Waheed.
He talked to me in very angry tone because I got my blood checked up from somewhere else than the place where he recommended.
Very unprofessional !

Why are people made to wait forever even after having an appointment.
not once or twice, every-time good half of an hour or even more.
Don’t book if you can’t handle or tell us to find other medical, don’t make us wait for that long specially when someone is for their infants appointment.

I’d suggest for you not to go here if you have been experiencing depression or mental health symptoms. My Dr compared my life to those in a third world country, war, poverty and disabilities, she told me to look at the “positives” I did tell her that this was wrong and she was missing the point to which she apologised however I should not need to tell the DR that!

Disapointment that when a patient phoned to book an appointment to have a workplace medical done they booked the appointment only to discover when the patient arrived that they refused to do it information that would have been helpful when the appointment was booked.
