IGA Everyday Somerset

Called in to see if they had a certain product on their deli counter
It wasn't on display but staff member said she would check in the fridge out the back, and she returned with the product I wanted
Very pleased with the extra service given, which rarely occurs anywhere

Fantastic Supermarket and a brilliant Tuesday Mation Bay chicken, IGA coleslaw and Schweppes 1.1lt dinner deal, outstanding value, absolutely outstanding and all in all, an excellent Supermarket to help reduce of everyday costs of living.

The best service around. I forgot an item after I'd done my payment. The young checkout lady said "no worries, I'll go and get it for you", how nice is that, and she had a great smile to go with it.

Always lovely. The only, very small issue, is ever the parking. The ones at the store front are dangerous if someone suddenly reverses while road traffic is pulling in. It could leave vehicles stuck in the way.

Friendly helpful staff

I cannot fault the IGA store in Sommerset Tasmania. I called them this morning asking if they would keep 2 roast chickens aside for me to pick up this afternoon. With corona I’m still not going into shops just yet & I asked if when I get there if someone could bring them out to the car. They said absolutely and asked me if I needed to buy anything else. I paid with my card over the phone & they kindly brought my shopping out to me in the car when I arrived.
Their friendliness & helpfulness is second to none!

I have been to Devonport IGA, West Park Grove IGA and the Somerset IGA. I can come to a conclusion that the Somerset everyday IGA is my favourite IGA that I have visited in Tasmania.

This IGA has a wonderful range and you do not feel squished in. The food they have that I like is excellent and the salads they sell, that I like, are wonderful and fresh.

The service is wonderful with the people coming out to you with a lovely smile.

One of the smaller IGA's but a good range. Friendly staff and easy access parking.

Amazing selection. Super friendly efficient staff. Love the raspberry yoghurt in the front entrance. Made locally.

Great range of essentials, and a nice focus on local produce, including local coffee roasters, meats, dairy and fresh F&V. Great range of gluten free products for a smaller supermarket. Almost never a queue, since they always open another register even if you're second in line!

shelves were a little light on today but staff were stocking, maybe a getting stock day, great variety of food
