I can happily say I have always received great service from JMC. The whole team is always very friendly and approachable and they provide a great customer service. I have always been offered a lift into town while my vehicle is serviced and once I had to leave my vehicle a few days for a repair and was given a hire car to use in the mean time, which was exceptionally handy for me. I also received a complimentary block of chocolate with my recent service and I love the level of detail they can report back each time I get my vehicle serviced. These extra touches are really the icing on top. I highly recommend 😊

A solid positive experience. Scott made everything so easy and streamlined all the processes for me. He gathered information from me and found cars fitting the criteria given by myself - got the car on a truck up to the NW coast quickly along with ordering in roof racks and rubber mats to fit too. The accessories arrived quicker than expected and it was all fitted and ready to go before I picked the car up.
