Somerset Beachside Cabin & Caravan Park

Can't rate the rooms as staying on-site (own van).
Great facilities that all are well maintained (laundry and community BBQ's) and kept very clean and tidy throughout. Service with a smile from the managers on book in, good rates for long term and a very nice park to stay in.
Friendly neighbours and surprisingly (come from a mining town caravan park) it's very quiet and peaceful here.
Somerset just 5 mins down the road, easy drive to both Burnie and Wynyard and the Seabrook Hotel just a 5 minute stagger down the road.

If you like friendly hospitality, stay here. Everything you need lots of permanent residents but that makes it a quiet place. Very reasonably priced for a powered site and again very very friendly. Can't fault anything, would definitely stay again.

Convenient location. Spacious and clean cabin. Dual air con, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, oven, toaster, hot plates, coffee tea supplies were provided. We booked online and paid on site. Staff was very cooperative.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Facilities are dated but clean and ample hot water in the showers. Very reasonably priced for a powered site. The only negative (if you could label it that) is that due to the current damp weather and conditions the tiles on the floors in the amenities block are really slippery so care needs to be taken. All in all a pleasant stay thank you.

We enjoyed our stay in the caravan park. The female amenities were being updated so can only get better. The amenities were clean and spacious. A good spot to base to head off exploring. Good value.

Just spent 2 night here at it was beautiful.
Heated and air-conditioned cabin, clean and roomy.
Staff were excellent and would highly recommend. Thanks for looking after our group, we will be back.

Vicki and her team were super hosts, very friendly and helpful. The little cabins are rustic but equipped with everything to be self sufficient and the amenities were great for our needs. It was a fantastic location, and fantastic value for money- definitely stay again

We came with our little van, a little bit outside the office hour and the sir at the office was really nice. Good price and really nice amenities. They have a close kitchen and a little leaving room with a pool table if I remember correctly.

Absolutely loved staying here. Very picturesque and cozy. Would absolutely stay here again. A couple of things i would recommend to staff is that they maybe put brighter lights in the cabins and include deeper bowls in the crockery. We ate our cereal out of mugs. The fridge in cabin 4 turned our milk to icy sludge so maybe something to look into. Even so 10/10 :)

I would highly recommend this caravan and cabin park. Great hospitality cabins were very comfortable and reasonably priced, would definitely come here again, just situated across the road from sommerset Beach I give this park a big thumbs up.

The cutest little cabin. Spotlessly clean and warm . the owners were super friendly and helpful. Loved our little stop here!

Booking and check-in were easy. Extremely friendly reception. Cabins lovely and warm and clean. Great value. Neat and picturesque setting.

Another must while travelling around Tassie. The best camp kitchen with everything you could need. And while cooking you can fit in a game of pool or watch some TV, all free to use.

Had a great time at Somerset Beachside Cabin & Caravan Park, Vicky and all the staff are so friendly a credit to all. We will be back next time in Tassie this park was one to remember for just relaxing by the campfire. Absolutely loved it💯

Beautiful site. Love it so much we are still here 18 months later. On-site facilities include hot showers, laundry & dryers, kitchen, tv lounge with free wifi and an excellent coffee shop/cafe at the entrance.
And Dominos Pizzas deliver here too 😁

We stayed here a few weeks ago and had the best time the cabin was cute and suited our little family adventure, such a lovely stay we will docit again im the future thank you 😁

We did a last minute booking .just as we expected good shower and kitchen with laundry.powered and non powered site for camping as well.the staff was helpful and really friendly .

This was the most excellent experience the wife and I have had in Tasmania yet. The hosts were very accommodating, friendly and approachable. The park surrounds are picturesque and relaxing to say the least, and As we were travelling with our Fur Babies, it is very hard to find somewhere as welcoming as this place.
Facilities were clean and well cared for along with the total ambiance of the gardens, lawns and cabins made for an Oasis opposite a pet friendly Beach.
We were fortunate enough to stay in one of the Cabins, (we named it the Goldilocks cabin) which had mellowed aged timbers lending a soft light and welcoming embrace every time we returned to our cottage.
The cabin is complemented with all you need to comfortably stay and either Cook for yourself or head down to the nearby town of Somerset which has Grocery Stores, Bakeries, Cafes (you should try the local Two Oak Cafe at the park first though, beautiful and with Tasty treats).News-agency and all the other sundry shops to make you feel at home.
The town of Burnie is 10 minutes east which has many fine Restaurants, Pubs and Clubs, not to mention major shopping centers.

Best place in town , lovely staff , need and clean bed room , kitchen and alot of parking available .i recommended everyone and lastly very reasonable chargers .
