The store offers a fantastic selection of products that cater to a variety of needs and season.
The staff was incredibly friendly and approachable, readily available to answer my questions and provide assistance. They made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.

A go-to spot for party supplies and costumes.

Costumes are upstairs (they're the basic packaged variety, but a huge selection).

Party supplies (plates, cups, decorations, etc) on the ground floor. You can also order custom balloons as well.

Parking garage under the building, you'll need to enter from the back (if heading West on Victoria Rd, turn left at your first chance - it's a couple blocks - then left, left and pop in the back). Note the garage closes 30 minutes before the store does, so that's awkward.

An awesome party shop. It has all the party equipment to make a successful event without having to do further extra online shopping. Great customer service and friendly staff :)

The staff member Josh was soo helpful with me today when purchasing some Christmas lights. His Knowledge of the items was very good in trying to locate all the items.

Will definitely be returning again for another. Christmas shop!

This place is heaven if you are preparing a party. I went here to buy some decoration, plates and cutlery for my upcoming birthday celebration. They have a broad variety of types of plates, colours, and materials.
The decoration is also offered in many colours and it is creative and fun.
Staff was super friendly and helpful with their recommendations.

This is the best place in Sydney, to purchase everything that is required to make your party one of a kind. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Have been shopping with them for years at both locations and have always had a good experience. Their helium balloon selection and service is outstanding. I've purchased balloons for all occasions and they have always been delivered on time and exceeded my expectations. Keep up the great work.

Lovely experience!! Everyone from the balloon desk to the people who helped me with the click and collect order were so helpful and friendly. The helium balloons were a great size, much bigger than ones I've received from other stores, and they lasted all night. I'll continue to shop here for all my party needs!

We were sent an amazing bunch of helium balloons from the Party People when our daughter was born. The shapes, colours and patterns (including a teddy bear in a balloon!) were incredible and much better than flowers as 6 weeks later they’re still floating!

I received fantastic customer service today from Shaun (hope I've spelled your name correctly, apologies if I haven't!) - he was super helpful and went out of his way to find the items I was looking for. I haven't received customer service like this in a very long time - he is a rare gem! Thank you!!

My youngest girl was really keen to come here for Halloween stuff - haven't been here in a couple of years due to COVID.
We found what my daughter was after in no time...my daughter kept us there a while longer looking at costume stuff for next year😆 They've got so much to choose from!

it is such a great warehouse/megastore to get all of your party necessities, decorations and costumes from! i especially love the Christmas and halloween section, the whole second level is dedicated just for those two events and their is so much! The Party People staff are so friendly and always seem happy to help! Their assistance service is great and are really fast at answering and questions you may have about the store, items or job opportunities. No items are overpriced and everything is displayed at a high quality standard 5/5 ! i love this place

What a shame that some customers can be so rude and difficult. It's upsetting to read what some customers have done in the store and then written unjustified reviews which are so damaging. I have been to the store and have seen nothing but courteous, helpful staff. I am also in retail and know how difficult customers can get for no reason at all. Often they take out their rage, although nothing to do with the store and often something quite personal out on the staff. I really feel sorry for the staff member who had to put up with such rudeness with the customer using profanities. The staff member is to be commended for his efforts. People seem to love giving bad reviews which could potentially ruin a business when their issues are not even connected with their shopping experience. I hope this helps clear some of the nasties that have been written here. Just the fact that someone has taken the effort to respond to these reviews gives the store much credibility. Keep up the great work guys. It's great to drive past each day while going to work looking at a happy looking store with all the party merchandise showing through the window. It sure is better than looking at boring traffic on Victoria road.

only few things get 5 stars but this time party people deserves it. I bought a helium balloon for a birthday and lady said it'll last for couple of days. My balloon is still up, and the birthday was almost a month ago. I'm very satisfied it was a quick service and not expensive at all, not to mention the outcome which is a balloon decoration for couple of weeks! :)
there are plenty of balloon options and services for parties for all ages.

I’ve had an amazing experience interacting with Ashleigh and the Party People team in Drummoyne. I’ve requested for them to create a balloon design that they’ve never done before and they did such an amazing job. Absolutely beautiful results. Couldn’t be happier. Will be coming back to order more balloons!!!

I bought some simple party supplies (balloons and helium and a few other bits and pieces) for an event we were running and found this place to be an absolute treasure trove of party stuff. The girl that assisted us was very helpful and gave us some good advice on choosing the right balloons (they have SO many types!) and the most cost effective way to buy the gas for them. I didn't know about this place before this, but when we hold parties in future it's definitely a place I'd go back to.

Amazing choices for any party needs, with the assistance of lovely staff who somehow know where everything is in this HUGE two level store! Cheap prices and usually a good amount of stock on hand... Tip, browse website and write down product numbers first to help yourself get what you need....

Great selection, bubbly staff....our balloon order was great! Ordered everything online and picked up our order in-store. Super easy and quick.
