I thoroughly enjoyed their duck chili dish; the chili flavor is exquisite and pairs wonderfully with rice. The soft shell is crunchy on the outside and tender inside, providing a delightful crispy texture. However, the sauce is a bit too sweet for my taste. Overall, while I found the serving size to be a bit small and the price slightly high, I still look forward to returning to try more dishes.

Fan Inn has always delivered fresh quality food. If you eat in, the menu is different and the food is beautifully plated and so delicious. The service is excellent and they are so welcoming and friendly.
The takeaway menu is also good and tastes great.
The best food experience is to dine in. It's amazing and so different from the usual Chinese restaurants. Highly recommend!

We loved the groovy fit out and the modern food. Great flavours and textures and some dishes that we’ve never heard of before. Great friendly service and fantastic food. The serving size maybe slightly smaller than some but the quality and taste more than make up for that. We spent $88 for two and were very happy. Licensed (I didn’t check the drinks menu but it seems extensive) and BYO wine. Thanks Stephanie and co for the lovely dinner, we will be back!

The ambiance was elegant, the service impeccable, and each dish showcased authentic flavors with a modern twist. The Chinese restaurant is strongly recommended. I ordered fried rice, bork belly and dumplings are amazingly delicious!!! Also the price is very reasonable. All of staff are nice and kind. Specially the girl who played violin 🎻 is the best. BEAUTIFUL LIVE MUSIC!!🎶

Food was absolutely delicious, the server was super sweet, interior was gorgeous. In particular, the cumin lamb fried rice and stir fried pork are must-try’s. Would highly recommend!

A great modern take on a traditional Chinese restaurant. Standout was the crispy Szechuan pork belly. The decor is really good and the bar looks well stocked. Great service. We’ll be back.

Our favourite go-to Chinese restaurant in upper northshore. Authentic quality Chinese food, friendly and lovely staff, and clean and cosy environment to bring kids to. Highly recommend their spicy dishes (chicken wing, pork ribs, etc)

Food is yummy and healthy, always satisfying to eat here. The kids love the dumplings and pork ribs, our go-to Chinese takeaway in upper north shore!

Innovative dishes with an emphasis on chilli 🌶 …..We loved the pork ribs with spices and rice paste sticks and the Cumin lamb fried rice. The squid with chilli and beans had a wonderful complex sauce including black beans but despite us asking for less chilli, the plate was 50% chillis!
We had the milk rolls for dessert and they were scrumptious with 2 different fillings .
We will certainly go again and explore more of the intriguing menu.
For some reason the walls are decorated with murals of Japanese Sumo wrestling but our waitress did not know why.

Every dishes is very delicate, from the taste to the presentation, the ingredients are very fresh, especially the Wagyu , which melts in your mouth, is very delicious. The decor is beautiful, the experience is really great, the staff is very kindly.Really a great restaurant！
